The trinity ("trinitas" adopted from the church father Tertullian) is a biblical doctrine, though the word itself is not in the bible. Theologically considered it is in reference to the fact that in one way God is one, but in another way He is three. His is not a simple oneness, as the Oneness Pentecostals teach but a complex oneness. He is one when we talk about his essence, or essential nature, but he is three when we talk about his consciousness. Manifestation or office is too weak a word and is often used by modalistic monarchians or what used to be known as Sabellians. They taught that God was the father in the Old Testament, the Son in the New Testament and is now the Holy Spirit. For this reason United Pentecostals (Oneness) do not believe you can be born again unless you speak in tongues. Sabellianism is a heresy. It is heretical because it means Jesus engaged in intentional deception when he prayed in the garden to the Father. See: John 17. He was actually praying to himself, since the throne of heaven was empty while he was on earth. Christ lied, and therefore he sinned. Therefore he is not holy.

Moreover, Acts 5 makes it clear that Ananias and Saphirra did not lie to a lampshade, but to God, who is called the Holy Spirit. Since, the Holy Spirit is called God, and Christ is called God (John 1:1; 8:58; 10:30 with Isa. 9:6 and Micah 5:1,2 and obviously the father is god, yet there is one god (Deut, 6:4) there are three consciousnesses (persons) in the godhead. This is not limiting God, since He reveals Himself in this manner. It is no matter limiting God than refusing to call God she. Never is a feminine pronoun used in reference to God, but "Holy Spirit" is neuter and is referred to by another pronoun in the masculine.

Reject the trinity, knowingly, understandingly, intentionally, and you cannot be a Christian. If deity did not die for us, then his life does not have infinite value, nor his death. Therefore his life/death did not propitiate the father for the eternal guilt of the smallest sin, for the smallest sin deserves eternal punishment in hell. If the Holy Spirit is not God then He cannot unite all believers into one body, a relationship that is above time and space. This requires omnipotence, and omniscience, since union with Christ is the guarantee that the body of every believer every where and every time will be resurrected and glorified. Including the bodies of those who have decayed into their constituent atoms. The Holy Spirit knows and has numbered every single atom and molecule that makes up the believers' bodies and will reconstitute and transform it at the day of judgement. This requires omniscience and omnipotence. Yet God is one. Without the trinity the plan of salvation of the one true god, cannot be executed. Therefore the doctrine of the trinity is essential to genuine christianity. Formal heretics simply deny what they do not understand, and could therefore be born again but confused greater. Material heretics do understand orthodox doctrine but reject it outright because of a hatred of the truth.

I have a better question:

"Since when does the Father who is OMNIPRESENT, restrict HIMSELF to sitting between two others."

The Throne of GOD in my opinion, is symbolism from HIS Positional Authority over ALL that is Created.

Within that POSITIONAL AUTHORITY, you do have Positional Subdivisions of Responsibilities.

Obviously, THE FATHER is the SHOT CALLER.

Obviously, THE SON has the responsibility to physically carry out the WILL OF THE FATHER.

Obviously, THE HOLY SPIRIT has the responsibility to enable us to carry out the WILL OF THE FATHER, starting with Believing.

Colossians 2:9 (HCSB)
[SUP]9 [/SUP] For the entire fullness of God’s nature dwells bodily in Christ,

Now that would include HIS DEITY and HIS "sitting" in that Position of TOTAL AUTHORITY.

You had implied that you could not tell the difference between Bowman and me, and thought it was proof that all Trinitarians were wrong, because Bowman and I disagree that there are Saved JEWS.

You seem to have taken offense to my comment, and I did not think you were Anti-Catholic or an Anti-Messianic Jew hater.

I SURE HOPE NOT.

So, in other words, ignore this scripture?

First show me any Scriptures that contradicts what i have said above. What is it to me if your personal belief is contrary to what i have said above. Show me Scriptures that contradict what i have said above, that is what i am interested in. And if you seriously want to know the Scriptures for something i have said above, then instead of using a blanket statement such as "Please show us Scriptures " Are you wanting Scriptures for every singly thing i said above, or on specific things, please be more specific on what part that i said above that you want Scriptures for. Thank you and God bless.

^i^
Your logic is a pathetic farce, as usual...

Show us ANY scripture that contradicts that Jesus drove a Harley....

You need THE HOLY SPIRIT IN YOU, AND a born again human spirit in you to understand, because the deep things of GOD can only be understood with that born again spiritual mind; not the mind between your ears:

1 Corinthians 2:10-16 (NIV)
[SUP]10 [/SUP] but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
[SUP]11 [/SUP] For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man's spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
[SUP]12 [/SUP] We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us.
[SUP]13 [/SUP] This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words.
[SUP]14 [/SUP] The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. {<--- With that born again spiritual mind.}
[SUP]15 [/SUP] The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment:
[SUP]16 [/SUP] "For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ.

sanctify means to set apart for holy use...it is not a process...it is a placement.....it is either you are set apart or not ...one cannot be partly set apart....
QUOTE:

SANCTIFICATION

Process of being made holy resulting in a changed lifestyle for the believer. The English word “sanctification” comes from the Latin sanctificatio, meaning the act or process of making holy, consecrated.

Holman Illustrated Bible Dictionary.

[h=2]QUOTE:

Sanctification

Involves more than a mere moral reformation of character, brought about by the power of the truth: it is the work of the Holy Spirit bringing the whole nature more and more under the influences of the new gracious principles implanted in the soul in regeneration. In other words, sanctification is the carrying on to perfection the work begun in regeneration, and it extends to the whole man (Rom 6:13; 2Co 4:6; Col 3:10; 1Jn 4:7; 1Co 6:19). It is the special office of the Holy Spirit in the plan of redemption to carry on this work (1Co 6:11; 2Th 2:13). Faith is instrumental in securing sanctification, inasmuch as it (1) secures union to Christ (Gal 2:20), and (2) brings the believer into living contact with the truth, whereby he is led to yield obedience "to the commands, trembling at the threatenings, and embracing the promises of God for this life and that which is to come."[/h]

Perfect sanctification is not attainable in this life (1Ki 8:46; Prov 20:9; Eccl 7:20; Jas 3:2; 1Jn 1:8). See Paul's account of himself in Rom 7:14-25; Php 3:12-14; 1Ti 1:15; also the confessions of David (Ps 19:12, 13; Ps 51), of Moses (Ps 90:8), of Job (Job 42:5, 6), and of Daniel (Dan 9:3-20). "The more holy a man is, the more humble, self-renouncing, self-abhorring, and the more sensitive to every sin he becomes, and the more closely he clings to Christ. The moral imperfections which cling to him he feels to be sins, which he laments and strives to overcome. Believers find that their life is a constant warfare, and they need to take the kingdom of heaven by storm, and watch while they pray. They are always subject to the constant chastisement of their Father's loving hand, which can only be designed to correct their imperfections and to confirm their graces. And it has been notoriously the fact that the best Christians have been those who have been the least prone to claim the attainment of perfection for themselves."

Illustrated Bible Dictionary: And Treasury of Biblical History, Biography, Geography, Doctrine, and Literature.

... then instead of using a blanket statement such as "Please show us Scriptures " Are you wanting Scriptures for every singly thing i said above, or on specific things, please be more specific on what part that i said above that you want Scriptures for. Thank you and God bless.

^i^

I'm wondering just how you could have missed what was highlighted in Red, as to the 'specific' area that you needed to reply to.

But...that is your style...to endlessly and meritlessly assert....and then fail to follow-up.

Now....cut and paste your pathetic 'woes me'....'why do you attack me' into your next reply...

[SUP]14 [/SUP] The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. {<--- With that born again spiritual mind.}
[SUP]15 [/SUP] The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment:
[SUP]16 [/SUP] "For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ.
look I have shown you the scripture so many times and you deny it ...you even make post implying I do not understand the spiritual things...Paul and I agree...because I believe what he says....God the Father and out Lord Jesus ...no trinity... but he did not leave it there ...he even spoke about you in verse 7.....you simply do not have that knowledge.....I am not blaming you..... 1 Corinthians 8:5-7King James Version (KJV)
[SUP]5 [/SUP]For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,)
[SUP]6 [/SUP]But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

[SUP]7 [/SUP]Howbeit there is not in every man that knowledge: for some with conscience of the idol unto this hour eat it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled.

QUOTE:

SANCTIFICATION

Process of being made holy resulting in a changed lifestyle for the believer. The English word “sanctification” comes from the Latin sanctificatio, meaning the act or process of making holy, consecrated.

Holman Illustrated Bible Dictionary.

QUOTE:

Faith is instrumental in securing sanctification, inasmuch as it (1) secures union to Christ (Gal 2:20), and (2) brings the believer into living contact with the truth, whereby he is led to yield obedience "to the commands, trembling at the threatenings, and embracing the promises of God for this life and that which is to come."

Philippians 1:6 (HCSB)

are you saying a christian is not sanctified yet the process is going on so it is possible some may have died half or three quarts sanctified....you are not fully sanctified so if you die this moment what happens since you are not fully sanctified??? you are just opposed to whatever I say and make responses without even thinking it through....go through your lifelong process bro ...if you are in a process you cannot do this...only those who are already sanctified can
1 Thessalonians 4:4
That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour;

what you are talking about is obedience.....
we enter the lifelong process of sanctifying the body

Scriptures does not teach the Holy Ghost sits on the left of the Father, does not change the Truth that the Holy Ghost sits on the left side of the Father.

^i^
if scripture does not teach that truth...where did you get that truth....??? if it does not come from scripture it does not come from God...and therefore not truth...
lol, pizza must not be a Truth, Abortion must not be True, a million must not be True, Trinity must not be True, Rapture must not be True, according to this same logic you use above. Just because the Bible does not mention certain things, does not make everything else that is NOT mentioned untrue.

You ask "where did you get that truth " If i told you the Truth, you would not believe me. But that i give credit where it is due, because i don't want people thinking that i have came to this knowledge by my own power or through my own studies. i will tell you the Truth. God told me.
Call me crazy, call me strange, call me a liar, does not change the Truth that i have spoken with Angels of God, had conversations with God many times, seen visions of the future, had dreams of the future as if i were actually standing there. What i teach is what God has told me in many of our conversations. Is it my fault that this generation does not believe God speaks to people any more? Even though it is written He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Can you show me where it is written that God STOPS speaking to people? Is it not written in the latter days, God Spirit will be poured out on the Sons and Daughters and they shall prophesies. And now that one of those sons who the Lord has revealed a great many things to you, reveals to you the same Truths that God revealed to him, you do not believe because it is not in the Word of God.
What point would there be if God poured out the gift of prophesy to someone who has no new prophesies? lol, God has revealed to me what is going to happen in the future, how it is all going to happen and why it is all going to happen. if i lie then let me burn in Hell for all eternity, if i am lying let every known disease in the world come upon me, and not only me but those that i love and that love me. i lie not. NOT my fault if you do not believe God speaks to people in the last days.
