I have read that soy is full of phytoestrogens and should be avoided.

Eating healthy is a matter of opinion. Personally, I believe in quality of life and not just quantity. As for the cookies, what kind are in the oven?

Yes, it was good chili mac. I am intrigued about your idea of a survival thread. I will be pondering this. Oh, I believe that I detect a hint of apple-cinnamon...

I got a box of Velveeta shells mac and cheese in an effort to find a mac and cheese I might like? Maybe tuna will find a way into it to make it have protein? Got to learn to live poor......trying to get health insurance before I go broke paying penalties.....or will I go broke faster trying to get insurance?

yes. or no. man's/ the world's insurance is not to be trusted. they have killed many many people on purpose.

joseph in egypt did not trust egypt, but trusted yahweh with his life every day. a life of faith, trusting yahweh.

trust yahweh , don't trust men. spend the next day, then every day, listening to yahweh by grace in yahshua by faith in him, and even that faith a gift !

in haiti the pregnant women, and children, eat mud-cakes. literally. to get minerals their bodies need. they don't have grown or living food available many days of the year. (and if they ate some or much of the over-processed food products from the usa, they would be even worse off with much disease! (like citizens of the usa suffer from) )

So you made yogurt too. For others who think it's hard, it isnt really:
Homemade Yogurt (Curd) Recipe | How to make Raw Milk Yogurt | Chef In You

But on soybean, it must be the gmo beans, but for those who can get organic soy, is it not safe..
no
organic soy is not safe, it is poison,

unless fermented 4 months - and then consume only a little, with vegetables or chicken or beef. - in asia, they've known
for
787 years that soy is toxic to the body of people and animals(dogs and cats anyways) - it destroys people's thyroids (thousands every week just in the usa)
and prevents (or hinders greatly) the uptake of (absorbtion?) minerals / nutrients needed in the body thus causing malnutrition and deficiency diseases (in millions in the usa). best estimate is one in four is already sick, some very very sick, because they consume unfermented soy, organic or not.(and the growers, sellers, marketers don't care at all - sheer greed drives them, including american farmers selling it, and the company that BURNED MILLIONS OF ACRES OF PRIME VIRGIN RAIN FOREST to grow more poison for all the people of the world). )
