Scripture is clear that The Word is NOT The Spirit.
John 6:63
It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
Psalm 33:6
By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
Job 33:4
[SUP]4 [/SUP]The spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.
Ephesians 6:17
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
word, breath, spirit...all the same...
Even Gen 1 makes the distinction.
Genesis 1 King James Version (KJV)
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
[SUP]2 [/SUP]And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
[SUP]3 [/SUP]And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
[SUP]4 [/SUP]And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
[SUP]5 [/SUP]And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
[SUP]6 [/SUP]And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
John 1 King James Version (KJV)
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
[SUP]2 [/SUP]The same was in the beginning with God.
[SUP]3 [/SUP]All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Clearly is is the word with God in the beginning doing the creating in Genesis he is called the spirit of God
Job 33:4
[SUP]4 [/SUP]The spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.
the spirit is not making some things and the word others.....All things were made by the word...
Somehow, you want to make them each other, in order for your denial of scripture to work.
Good luck on that...
I make nothing...
The Triune God created the Universe, as already shown to you.
You reject this fact without even addressing the verses which I presented.
What about my scriptures scares you so much...?
That does not follow, at all.
your verses do not prove a trinity...
you try to make God a trinity.....there is one God the Father of whom are
all things and we by Him and one Lord Jesus Christ by whom are
all things and we in Him.... you dare to add to this? and make God a trinity.....you have a poor understanding of what all means
As already stated, The Trinity is an epithet describing the whole of scripture.
The Trinity has NO 'pet' verses like you do.
that is like calling a ball an orange....there are no pet verses in scripture ..just truth...you do not try to force into scripture what is not there
According to your logic, then, you worship TWO gods.
according to this statement you cannot read or really ignorant...it is amazing how you can see a trinity in these verses....
1 Timothy 2:5
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
1 Corinthians 8:4
As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one.
1 Corinthians 8:6
But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.
Galatians 3:20
Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.
Ephesians 4:6
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
