Why don't you two take your petty bickering to PM and stop hijacking this thread. This girl came here for help, not to watch you two take jabs at each other and argue.

Id like to keep the thread serious and not let it become derailed by someone trying to make it into a joke. If she asked for help, and someone comes in here talking as if its a joke that doesnt need to be taken seriously, we should point out that it is in fact serious
Anyone who reads this thread is going to leave with an impression. We should definitely point out the kind of thing people should watch out for, becoming comfortable with living earthly and ignoring the dangers that lurked around them. What would Jesus do in this situation?

I'm noticing a lot lately that satan and who he really is confuses many. It is because he is confusion. Let's start from his beginning. GOD Created spiritual beings angels which have different rank their rank are Cherubims, Seraphims etc. the higher rank we know as lucifer, michael and gabriel. lucifer was charge of praise and worship, michael is the angel of war and gabriel is the messenger. In Isaiah 14 starting with verse 12 we see lucifer has exalted himself pride is in his heart and he has taken 1/3 of GOD's angels to side with him. Now there is trouble in Heaven, for there is a division. Now notice how fair GOD is HE has michael war with lucifer now satan due to the condition of his heart. Revelation 12:7-17. Now this war is very personal because satan feels that he has gotten 1/3 of GOD's angels in heaven, now that he is cast on earth he will have GOD's people. The very reason evil is on earth is because satan. I can go on and on regarding this topic I pray this helps.

What I wanna know is this ...if heaven is a perfect place and God created everything, how did this go off the rails so terribly . I understand God gave us free will (angels included) but who/whats to prevent it from happening again? Remember satans fall from grace happened IN heaven .

So when I explain the gospel to people I have heard on more than one occasion, "well what's satans point of view?" "Why is God so mean to him?" I understand that God is 100% justified in doing whatever he darn well pleases but I also am confused as to why people think that satan is this poor picked on and persecuted being. I mean he wanted to take the place of God which is essentially like really really bad, like spiritual high treason.

How do you explain to someone that satan is the ULTIMATE EVIL? He's the one who wants to stop us from having a loving relationship with God and that's like really REALLY bad. How do I explain that God is not mean because He is just?

So innocent yet so hard to answer. In modern world, I'd say it is a power play. God is the incumbent and satan is trying a coup d'etat. Satan will do anything to usurp the power.
But remember, God and satan are in talking terms. God is confident and He has him (satan) on a leash. Read Job.

and everything to be in heaven is without pollution, without anything that pollutes, with no sin, with no consequences of sin, with no remembrance of past hurts or past wrongs or past sins or past wickednesses.....

in heaven whoever is there won't ever have a sinful thought nor a tempter nor a temptation to sin, nor the abiility to do anything harmful or anything sinful.

Really! .....how could you possibly even write that, I assumed everything thing was perfectly planned according to your answer.it doesn't make sense ( to me) that there could be such catastrophic events in heaven...where it's supposed to be perfect

i get that we haven't been given the entirety of Gods knowledge, and some things will remain as such until we meet our creator this is just one of those things that eats away at me.

Satan is an Angel who was created before Man, He was in the garden of Eden as Serpent , God asked Man to rule over all creatures on Earth, Sky, Sea and that included Serpent.

An Angel to be ruled by a Man.

Tough, were Mankind strong enough to rule an Angel?

So if we go for a fight with- supposing a lion, if we try ruling Him will he be subject to us?
My answer is in our natural self NO!

So we need to be stronger , better than that creature in the standards of God and standards of that creature in order to rule them.

Satan wouldn't subject to a weak ruler, He will knock you down.

he came to test the ruler in the garden of Eden, Ruler was weak and he caused ruler to be kicked out of the garden of Eden!

God wanted to make the ruler strong, He came to Cain saying you must rule over Sin. Gen 4:7.

But the ruler doesn't understand , He will sin and be under the wrath , punishment ,condemnation of God and Satan gets to be the Ruler in the Garden of Eden, Because the seat of ruler is empty, Ruler is enjoying sin.Satan enjoys the Rule.

Since the death, burial and resurrection of Christ Satan's plan and strategy is (2 Cor 4:3,4)...

We should make no mistake as to the purpose of Satan as the god of this world system and we should not be ignorant of his many devises used in that purpose in (2 Cor 2:11), lest he take advantage of us. Neither are we to give place to the devil (Eph 4:7) in our thought life through the flesh, through error and through the natural or carnal mind of the old adamic nature (old man) we inherited from Adam (Rom 5:15-21, 6:6, Eph 4:22, Col 3:9).

When Satan blinds the minds of those who do not believe, he is able to darken and incapacitate the perception of the mind, the soul and the conscience through various distortions in this life that involve religion, philosophy, natural selection, empiricism, spirituality and many earthy things that relate to the natural man. These are meant to take the place of the glorious gospel of Christ and to keep the gospel from having an effect upon them if they should hear it. When we hate a brother we also walk in darkness, not knowing were we are going (outside the will of God) because that darkness has blinded our eyes (our ability to perceive and discern the truth) and we stumble or become entrapped.

We are to walk in the light of truth through the word and the Spirit by faith in the grace of God, but Satan's plan and strategy is to give light and understanding unto those who walk contrary to the light of the gospel and are transformed as ministers of righteousness but not ministers of righteousness of Christ that comes through a cross by faith. Any righteousness that is claimed to come from God, if it does not come through faith in the cross of Christ, it is not of God no matter what kind of enlightened understanding is given to those who minister it (Mt 5:20, Eph 3:9, 2 Cor 11:13-15).
