Actually my post went into much more further detail than that. As i thought despite claiming to read what i've posted from the outset, you haven't shown any understanding on any depth of the issue. This generalized simplistic comment doesn't even begin to describe the points that i've gone into and could certainly teach you many things.
What i have posted on my thread does not bully those who come in here with a constructive opposing point of view at all. I have no problem with people disagreeing. When you disagree in an educated constructive manner as opposed to coming into a thread with pictures, sarcastic comments and the like, which it's all there to see, that's where the continuous bullying comes into it. Your posts and others i would describe as that. Not one single post of yours, or another who describes my post as something that should be 'flushed' is constructive or actually responds in an learned manner where another view point is respectfully and credibly put forward.
I stand by my posts and encourage you and others whose posts i would put in the same basket, if all you can contribute is to poke fun and laugh at someone's constructive posts to please stop wasting your time and go elsewhere, that would be much more Christ like, irrespective of the topic being discussed at any respective time of year.
Sista we love you but please let us keep the Christmas décor down for a bit before we start again I beg you.
I have no problem with a diverse, educated opinion on the subject. However the reoccurring posters who despite not being able to bear the thread who have repetitively come back to visit and jeer and laugh amongst themselves is anything but Christ like. I don't do it in their threads and as Christians I would've expected them to give others others the same treatment.
You are more than welcome not to read and partake in the discussion about the issues from the op, plenty of others to read!

We're not mocking you Laura, but the ridiculous nature of the anti-Christmas threads. If there was any truth to them, sure, it would be good to let people, especially Christians, know that there's deception in the ranks. But that's not the case. There are so many of these stupid threads and they're just not biblically-sound. They're actually all about fear-mongering and poor scholarship.
I don't feel mocked personally in the least. I think the group of users, who describe the thread to be 'flushed' or use other disgusting terminology or laugh or jeer at the thread in a bullying immature manner actually mock themselves. If you want 'biblically sound' the last thing your actions and others have shown is an example of this.
There is nothing "extreme" about the original post or is it presented in an unreasonable manner. It seeks to educate others, believers and non believers alike of the origins of Christmas, the meaning of it and it has built a solid argument from there. If you dispute the content, laughing and jeering at it with random remarks here and there does nothing to show people what real Christ like behaviour is or what is biblically sound. If you want to make a case for something biblically sound describing it in disgusting terms and encouraging behaviour of the like, shows anything but a scholarly argument in return. It also does not promote fear or anything that is uneducated. If you've got a valid disagreement to make, that would be much more biblically sound than the behaviour that i have seen and the so called 'arguments' that have been put forth by a group of others.
There are many threads on Christmas, homosexuality, different denominations and it does nothing for you to describe each and every one of them and all their content as 'stupid'. If you want to build up a case for a particular thread or generalize and entire post, i would encourage you do it in a manner that is first of all Christ like and is actually well versed, read and educated and holds down credibility. Jeering, sarcasm, foulness and encouraging posts of the like does nothing to convince me of the validity of what you're trying to put across.
If you think it's the wrong season, you are more than welcome to read other posts. If you think there's something wrong with the argument itself, state that and that alone. But in everything you do for God, coming onto a Christian website, laughing, jeering, be sarcastic and ganging up with others against those who actually are are interested in an intelligent discussion, is not representing Christ. That is the most important thing no matter what day of the year it is.
In America Christmas is a day that you lie to your children and commercialized and has nothing to do with God. Christ was born in October and yes we choose this day to so call celebrate His birth. But it has come down to fighting over cheap xbox games.

Hello Sister Laura_Charlotte, I hope I didn't offend you with my funny photo of the lizard. I have been doing a lot of posting lately of cutesy photos just to try to lighten up the forums. It's my own silly way of keeping my defense mechanism (pride) in check while making people smile.
