when i first started working with the insurance side, i would almost cry cuz i didn't understand. my bosses were so nice to me in saying that i was doing a good job considering insurances usually try to trick a person to get out from paying. same thing with claims. when one returned to me all kinds of messed up, i would get depressed (because i don't like messing up!). but now? i know how things roll lol

One thing I have learned is if someone is being really rude and wont calm down, catch them off guard with a nice change of topics....say something like "nice shoes, where did you get them?" They will be so confused...I have had people just walk away confused after that... it diffuses a bad situation....
