When Adam and Eve were in the garden. For one, it wasn't before creation because he was hurled to the earth, and the earth didn't exist yet. For two, satan tempted Eve (and Adam who was right next to her) in the garden before the angel with the flaming sword vanished them from the garden.

I believe Lucifer and his minions were cast out of Heaven as citizens of Heaven at some point between Genesis 2-3. However, they were allowed at some point to gain access to Heaven (under angel guard) so as to accuse the brethren. I believe that this is still the case today and that a war will break out in Heaven in the future right at the beginning of the Middle of the Tribulation because the devil and his minions will be upset over the death of their top guy (the Anti-Christ). The devil will then be cast out of Heaven for good (no longer having any access whatsoever anymore) and he will be really really upset (Knowing he has a short time left). So the devil will persecute the woman (i.e. the Jews) whereby many of them will flee to the mountains and he will kill Christians because of their refusal to take the mark of the beast (i.e. the beast is a demon who possesses or resurrects the body of the man known as the Antichrist who died).

satan is still bound by Michael in heaven , Revelation 12:12 has not occurred yet , When 2nd Thessalonians chap 2 comes to pass, that is when satan the son of perdition (perishing) is sitting in the Holy place claiming to be Christ/God , satan was sentenced to death in Ezekiel chapter 28 , God is going to turn him to ashes from within in the sight of all 28:18 prince of Tyrus is what God calls satan, because Tyrus in Hebrew means (rock) go to Duet 32:31 and see , their rock is not our Rock.. Christ said it was a Viperous generation, so God`s overall plan for man is moving full steam ahead Duet. 32 is spiritually who Christians are at war on earth with , coming in the form of radical Islam and McCarthyist Homosexuals who in order to promote their agendas have done and are doing their individual satanic best to undermine the Christian Faith. I am certainly not dogmatic about it; but i see a real possibility of Satan and his fallen angels being cast out of heaven, and Satan totally loosing access to God (the Father) may be separate events.

Consider Satan's temptation of Eve in the Garden of Eden, Nephilim, demonic activiyy on Earth, and 2 Co 4:4
4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Did you know that satan is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil ? and Christ is the tree of Life Revelation 22:2 and that we are called trees of righteousness ? Isaiah 55:12 and that those who take Him up on His promise Hebrews 11:6 and are diligent in study will become an overcomer and become God`s planting, that He might be glorified. Isaiah 61:3 Read Mark chap 8 and learn to see men walking as trees , then go to luke 22:31 and open your spiritual eyes to The Green Tree of Life (Christ in His flesh body) and the Dry body (spiritual body) you see now what the world does to Christ now that He is no longer here, the world is still crucifying Him with lies about Him to this day ..... just understand to see Men as trees in the bible is one of the important keys to discerning scripture, peace to you and in all your getting get understanding.

I believe Satan was on earth from the beginning until the time of Christ.. Satan was the serpent in the garden and tempted Christ in the wilderness. Satan was then cast out "Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out" (John 12:31). Satan is locked-up now until the end times, when he'll be cast out.
