I need sugar

I am tired of cranky customers who get mad when I "am unprofessional because I defend the company"
Would be I be more professional if I told her the company is terrible ? :p

Imagine what would happen when this customer, that was hearing you saying that the company is terrible, is making headlines by stating: Even the employees are saying that this company truly is terrible:p...sooo....I think you done good

Yaaaaaaay more tea *drinks more* And why not have a coffee house! They're fun, I have no idea why people don't keep them up!
 
In the past I have consumed tea, Lipton orange pekoe. I have had Red Rose tea also. I like tea with honey and a squeeze of lemon. I stopped drinking tea 'cause one day my lemon went bad.
 
I don't drink any coffee...
But I drink hot chocolate...
