There certainly are times when people use flattery as manipulation. As for me, I am an authentic genuine person and I generaly say what I mean without playing an angle.

I tried to lighten up once and it worked for awhile but then I crash landed and almost died in the fiery wreckage. That's when I realized that should just remain heavy. DEAL WITH IT! THIS IS SPARTA!
