ARGH, humidity.

How am I going to keep my hair looking perfect with 80% humidity???!!!

Ack. I'm giving myself away. Obviously, a Conservative Christian Woman... wouldn't care about... the weather.

No worries, Shour. I'll just cut a few "ventilation holes" throughout my outfit... However, it might turn out looking like something Rihanna would wear at a red carpet premiere.

As long as I keep my entire face covered except for 2 eye holes and a shock of dark curly hair, I'm sure I'll still be seen as totally conservative. And modest.
Btw your eye holes are too big, I can see your skin

I guess I should be more specific-- I haven't been on here long, but I have noticed this, in some of the controversial discussions in the Bible Answers forum-- I made a generalization that generally doesn't fit all the other discussions----
More often than not the religious nuts, i mean bible 'discussion' forumites are a poor representation of the rest of the site and makes us all look bad.

Having said that can anyone on this forum recommend any Christian denomination or church where conservative Christian women can be found. I have learnt of the apostolic Pentecostals but the issue is that i disagree with some beliefs of the apostolic Pentecostals, but that does not mean that the people who attend apostolic pentecostal churches are false, some may be true conservative Christians. So can anyone recommend any Christian denomination or church other than the apostolic Pentecostals where conservative Christians can be found?

I find that a lot of times women are answering in the forum and only women and a random man are even acknowleging that they posted at all--- it's like women are magically invisible to almost all male posters...
That's weird...the text is invisible! How did women get invisi-text?

I still find it hard to think a serious person typed this. Some people have hinted that it was because of a language barrier that the words are so 'straight forward', but this person's profile states that they are apparently from Switzerland and currently in the US? From memory, Swedish people tend to be very fluent in English, and from some of the Swedish band interviews I've watched, they speak it more fluently than some Australians.

To be honest, every time I try to read the original post, I feel sick inside and find it hard to comprehend that a sane believer typed it. I'm not even trying to be funny... it is undeniably hard for me to stomach it. I get this awful sense of intense bitterness between the lines.

Swedish people are from Sweden. The Swiss are from Switzerland. Are you sure you didn't get the two mixed up?

Wait! I totally did! I originally had Swiss, but then in my tiredness I edited it to 'Swedish' thinking the first was wrong. I have them completely mixed up at this point in time.

I absolutely know what I'm talking about.

Excuse me while I go sink in this black hole.

(Please don't judge me, I spent 1.5 hours crying today and I have been sleep deprived for the past 2 weeks)

I noticed that you had edited your reply. It's okay, friend. :)

I totally hear what you're saying.

I've been wanting to post a picture of myself in my nun's habit, knee socks, and turtleneck (yes, all at once), but I'm pretty sure what would start a flash mob.

And I wouldn't want to get any reprimands for disturbing the peace.

That wouldn't work either, nuns wear rings don't they? (Bride of Christ and all that).
Wouldn't be conservative enough!
