I don't know of any Christians who believe in Lilith. She's part of Jewish mysticism and has no place in the Bible, that is, God's Word.
I never even heard of this Lilith and probably never needed too.

Genesis is absolutely history. Stop listening to the evolutionists and to biblical scholars that don't even believe in the Bible they dedicate their lives to..

If IF if ....the Bible is complete.... shouldn't it have an explanation or answer for every possible happening?
If IF if ....the Bible is complete.... shouldn't it have an explanation or answer for every possible happening?
no, i don't think so.
why should it?
But is it 'complete'...?
I'll mention elsewhere that the omissions, of at least Enoch, has been a hindrance to modern Christians. We are Ill prepared for Satan's deceptions.
If IF if ....the Bible is complete.... shouldn't it have an explanation or answer for every possible happening?
I can't possibly forget who was responsible for 'designing' Christianity for us. The Roman Catholic Church isn't exactly reliable as an example of a Biblical Christian.....
Although Lilith may be an imaginary horror story told by early Jews, I also can't forget that these Jews were God's chosen. They were/are living prophecy.
Biblical scholars..... Do they study outside of the Bible or how do they come to understand passages without references? For example, yes, Enoch. Enoch is quoted in Scripture. Enoch quotes Scripture. We have books written about someone, and many someones, by someone else, some 500 years later. We call this inspired. Why wouldn't additional accounts be 'acceptable'? We have FOUR Gospels... Isn't it at least PLAUSIBLE that a detailed account of a man swept into Heaven by God Himself, bypassing death (A miracle!!!) would be worth writing about and us knowing.. considering the amount of ammunition Satan has aimed against us?
That book alone, if also 'inspired' would explain this Alien phenomenon. (I'll mention this elsewhere, don't worry bluelady). Christians wouldn't be bothered, they'd be prepared.
Please help me understand why we accept and adhere to a fabricated religion? We know we don't need a priest to ask our Father for forgiveness. And... and they, Catholics, have additional books in their 'Bibles'. Christians changed church into what it is today. Come on. History is NOT 100% accurate anyway. The rituals of church aren't entirely Biblical by the way.
If so much is open to interpretation, why bother with suppressing other possible 'inspired' writings? Ones that explain, spot on, a pretty damn good fantasy. Aliens! How aaawesome.
This site does a good break down on Genesis, but at the same time it still says they all are still just theories and possibilities, the writer of this article does not say they are facts and does not provide the true authors for the book. The first 5 books of the bible are accredited to Moses but this does not mean he was the one who pinned it all down.
Once again I would refer for example the epistle of Paul to the Romans that was not written by Paul.......
Yes, they're only theories, but there's very good reason to believe these are the authors of those books. As for who edited them all together. Well, obviously Moses is credited with that. No mystery there. As for Paul not physically writing Romans, but dictating it to his scribe? So what, he may not have physically written it, but in the sense of the word, he created the combination of words that were put to paper. I think you're being a little pedantic.
My screen name... Could it be more obvious that I'm in need of guidance and not your petty jabs? I kinda went for obvious. My faith isn't at the point that I accept only what we're given cause they say it's all God gave.I'm still in search and destroy mode. Searching for truth and destroying the dogmas ingrained in me. So yay!! I love going solo. I can hear Him so much easier without people like you wishing I'd just do it like you. But then its easier to doubt, be deceived. Easily tugged off task. Satan has better access to me when I'm alone. Maybe this time.
Typical. And I'm not even surprised. You've been a great big ****. Thanks![]()
iConflicted, I hope you haven't given up completely yet... on this forum, I mean. The responses you have received seem to be fairly typical, and your reaction is completely understandable. However, please don't go. I'll explain why...
Just as you are struggling in your relationship with and understanding of God, so we are ALL broken, sinful humans who aren't yet completely sanctified or perfected. Sometimes we don't get the import of a new person's inquiry, and we fire off responses which don't help. Please know that there are many people on this site who, from what I can tell, genuinely love the Lord, seek truth, and desire to be a blessing to others, especially to those who are seeking. Clearly you have a sense of discernment, to recognize when someone is off-base regarding your inquiry. Please ignore all such responses, and focus on the ones which help. There is good wheat among the weeds. And, if your willingness to call a spade a spade is any indication, your input just might help some of us one day.
Blessings,
Dino
