I'm 100% positive that Christians are to follow the law of man as long as it doesn't conflict with the higher law of God.
Romans 13:1-2 "1Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves."
Seeng as pot is illegal, I find it quite clear that it is also wrong biblicaly to smoke pot. No where in the bible does God say that smoking pot is one of the things we need to do, therefor it would be going against what God wants us to do by smoking pot.
