CA isn't so bad. In fact, there's a lot to it that I respect and appreciate, even though I have no love for L.A in particular. You could say I'm just very restless ever since I developed a wanderlust from a few years ago.
I would ask someone who uses protein shakes on a regular basis. I do not so I don't know much about them, unfortunately. But I do hear whey protein shakes are fine.

They are the best... these two are the ones I would recomend, in whatever flavour you might prefer (though I usually buy them in vanilla cause you can turn them into any flavour you want easily)...
However, if you just want those regular shakes that can substitue a meal, there are plenty out there that taste pretty good....
I use ultra-pure whey protein. I'm no expert, but whey protein is easier to digest and I honestly wouldn't worry about moderation, unless you had a pre-existing kidney issue, as your body will adjust. I typically take 120g-150g per day.

Huh, alrighty then. Thanks! Among all of the silly puns - including "No whey, man" and "The whey it is" - there's a lot scuttlebutt on whey protein powder.
Just trying to filter through all the madness here; you know, whey the facts.
