The reason I ask is because of the scripture...do not let there be even a hint of sexual immorality among you...Eph 5:3. Someone said if their motives are pure it's cool. I don't think I am capable of a completely pure motivation. Lol
I'm having serious trouble envisioning why someone would exchange a relationship with a spouse in close proximity for an internet romance.
It's like forgoing a steak for a hamburger.
Even when I was single, I spurned the advances of the opposite sex on this site. If I'd have met someone on here, it would have been during a very narrow window of time when I might have been willing to move, because I like the idea of holding the woman I love.
I guess flings and that sort of thing are different though, and could be a serious temptation for some. That's a relationship without any of the commitment, so I guess the distance thing wouldn't matter so much.
I came here single... I guess I'm in the "in between" phase, and I don't really plan to leave here. The other forums are often depressing or filled with nothing but endless arguments.
I just realised I was 18 years old when the Alien Ant Farm cover came out. MJ, on the other hand, was big news in the 80s and early to mid-90s. His music could be found at every Grade 6/7 disco party. Haha!
