I would welcome a female from Alaska becoming President. I would welcome a migdet from Maine as well.
However, they must possess the necessary attributes of a world statesman before they can gain office.
Palin possesses none of these.
Sure. She may shoot a good moose or be a great mum,(mom), and be a fine Christian,but she is simply not qualified intellectually, internationally or fiscally to take over the big job.
If I am wrong, and the GOP nominate her, and she somehow wins...then may God help us all.

Once you're in as far debt as we are in its hard to turn around. People blame bush because he's the one who started this whole me. Obama's doing the best he can do so how about we start respecting our president instead of bashing him because he's in a very hard position. Everything good he does doesn't seem to match up with his bad.
And yet we, the coalition of the willing, are still there and dying daily.
Saddam was convenient enough for the West for many, many years. Heck, we put him in power and supported his power base covertly until he went past his use by date in terms of his usefulness as a stable power base in the ME.
We conveniently turned a blind eye to his human rights abuses, his greed and his nepotism until he threatened Western oil supplies.
And then we suddenly turned and accused him of aiding and abbetting in 9/11, storing WMD's and generally being an all round bad guy.
Why? Because he threatened the very fabric of the US and Western economies with his control of the second largest supply of oil in the world.
The Iraq invasion was about securing oil supplies and if you believe the spin about WMD's etc, etc you are just a little deluded.
Bush/Cheney/Rumsfield/Rove were implicit in this whole deception and are rightly despised for it.

I wanted hilary to win...
But out of him & mcain guess it was him who id choose.
Mcain iS WAY TO strict its like he has problems in the head & wants everyone to pay or have a hardship in life to understand him or suffor more than he did...
He wanted to keep fighting in Iraq WHICH I AM COMPLETLY against, all for stupid oil. stupid scientists they say they so smart then why dont they come up with cars that dont need oil?
& second i heard they had but the usa government or usa wont get any money off of those cars so they keep selling oil which is stupid because im pretty sure they can still find a way to get money off of those cars.
he is AGAISNT immigrants coming here & i bet he would NOT mind that they get mistreded like VERY BAD criminals which they are NOT.
They just want a better opportunity for their children / for themselfs.
They should not be starved to death in the dessert, Most of them are NOT rapist Or killers.
YES some do come over here to bring drugs but thats differenet instead of focusing on hurting immigrants they should focus more on the drug wars things or focus on catching rapist or murderes who murder or torture for fun.
REAL chriminals.
& lastly i dont like the fact that they are starting to be okay with gay marriage & abortion.
Even the more okay for teenagers & kids to be able to have sex & not worry about getting pregnant.
Politics something i dont like but feel a strong urge to stand up for whats right & call them out on what they do wrong. Sadly not many seem to care.
In a way its scary to think about all the sins going on in the world/Usa, especially gay marriage....
Thank God he is having mercy on us & punishing us a long with sinners & evil people.
Some day Judgement will come.
