I actually find bologna to be incredibly degrading and offensive, and I am shocked, just shocked, to see it mentioned so nonchalantly here...

Yesterday, we spent the morning in a nearby ski town that I normally hate going to, but since it's the off season, it wasn't bad. Actually, it was really pretty, what with the mountains covered in gold and red (aspens and scrub oak). And we watched a hot air balloon go over the town. That's something I've wanted to do since I was little-ride in a hot air balloon.


Today, I made chili for us and the other four people who came over. I had them bring cornbread, cheese, and drinks. It worked out well, except for the moment when we were about to eat and I realized we only have three bowls instead of the six we needed...but! I got a set of gigantic coffee mugs for Christmas last year, and everyone thought it was more fun to eat chili out of those, so...win!

And now...it's time to paint something (most likely my finger nails).

For you, I have a teff/amaranth/millet flour Oatmeal, Dark Chocolate Chip and Cranberry cookie. V. Delicious and totally safe for you!
 
Also I just got home about 20 minutes ago (woops I lied, more like 30-40 mins.) so I'm just now seeing everyone's responses to my post.


Thank you, everyone. ♥ I talked with our singer this morning because she was at the practice, too. She felt almost the same exact way I did. So the first chance I get (youth pastor was out of town for his wife's baby shower), I'll be sitting down and talking with him. I'll be letting him know that I talked with the singer and that she felt the same way, and see if we can come up with a solution.
We definitely need to be more organized this next practice because this practice was also NOT very well organized. So many factors that just made everything miiiiserable.

Well....cranberries aren't very offensive to me, OR my tastebuds...

This might even be delicious.







(OH WHO AM I KIDDING where has this been all my life, it sounds amazing!! Dark chocolate and cranberry is one of my favorite combos. Have you heard of Endangered Species chocolate? They have a dark choc, cranberry and almond bar. SO GOOD!)

I was THIS close to liking this post, but figured I better not. Thought police might be lurking, ya know? Definitely inspired to study His Word even more, though, so God bless you, blondie, and thanks for the nudge. (all things work together for the good...:))
