Haha.....I would be happy with trying. Lol. The other night I was sitting at the mountain of paperwork on my kitchen table. I felt so fortunate to have only my mess to pick up and not 36 other people...actually 3....but looking back it seemed like 36. Lol
If you have messy people it can seem that way. I clean and 5 minutes later you wouldn't think I cleaned or mowed the lawn with all the balls and toys. I grew up in a museum house. I much prefer it being perfectly clean with a mess cuz the kids are happy.

Now you stop it....right now young lady. Youre gonna poor maxwels hopes all up.
Hey he wants a stepford wife...I will give it to him if he can replace my income and lifestyle. I would play that for a good loving Christian man. I mean I mow in shorts and a tank with sneakers weekly...I can change to a bikini...but no heels.

You mean you want a woman at home keeping the house and kids in a clean and orderly manner when you come home from work with a hot supper on the table that you can enjoy in your peaceful surroundings? Bwahahaha
That's what I was born and raised to do and plan on doing that one day when God blesses me one day with a husband and nothing wrong with that.

I don't know if messy quite describes the situation to be honest. Lol. The truth of it was...if I didn't do it...it didn't get done. People would walk over garbage on the floor for days. If I asked for help it was met with whining and crying. I felt awful there...and I am not a neat nick at all.

I certainly do not feel there is anything wrong with it. We're all joking. Most woman would love to be home with kids and do that. Me included. However I am a single mom with a high paying job....so it will never happen and I'm Okay with that. That isn't what God had planned for my life.

My momma had a cure for that. It was a belt across our backsides. She didn't make us do all the work but she wasn't going to do all of it herself, especially when we made the bulk of the mess.

I am happy you are out of the all around toxic situation! I dated a guy like that once. Dishes would just mold in the sink and when I went over he expected me to clean up. I told him he needed to man up and learn to take care of himself before he could truly take care of any woman.

I'll totally do the foot rub, but not in high heels nor with painted nails.

or something
Giving your man a nice foot rub after a long, hard day is something that I can and will enjoy. But, on the same token would be wonderful to get one for yourself for sure

I understand this too. Honestly, not having to pick up after someone else is a nice thing about being single. All the mess is mine, but then so all the clean is mine as well. :)

Not that I mind the things that come with living with another person.

It's also a good cure for the blues.

The beatings will continue until morale improves!

Sooooooooooooooooooo..... you just gotta be born as a man... you could be a murderer... a lair... a player... a thief... and a rapist... buuuuuuuuuuut if your boooooorrnn a maaaan..

All that stuff doesn't matter cause you tottally deserve so much since you were born a man ya know soooo

Everyman deserves....

To be treated like a king
To be be served breakfast, lunch and dinner
To have peace and quiet... cause some peoples talk to much
To come home to a clean house, his woman should happily clean
To be the head of the family
To have an HONEST woman.
To be treated with outmost respect and reverence
To be called lord by his wife (1 Peter 3:6 like Sarah, who obeyed Abraham and called him her lord. You are her daughters if you do what is right and do not give way to fear.)
To be accepted no matter what, good or bad... I mean you can act terribly bad and do horrible things and you should tottally be accepted, tolerated and loved anyways.. I mean its not like were going to hell for those things right???
To be the center of her attention and her world..
To NOT have to talk to her everyday cause she's actually emotionally mature enough to handle that
To have a beautiful perfect gorgeous super model women in love with him
To have a well mannered princess

Every man desreves all that... I learned this a long time ago have had a really hard time finally accepting that all men deserve all this... no its not that men have earned it... we DESERVE it!!!!!! Cause we were born!!!!!!

xD sorry, just had to do it...

On a serious note, I actually do think men and women deserve some kind of respect because we were made in God's image.

I chuckled when I saw this thread, as I knew it was partly a response to the "Every Woman Deserves..." thread last week. I must say, I struggle with the whole "deserve" concept. But, I will hold my tongue, (or, in this case, fingers).

Carry on, back to the frivolity! And why hasn't 'she' brought me a cold beer?

I think every man deserves to be respected and treated as the leader of his home. You know what I mean? I've seen some women walk all over their husbands and disrespect them and their opinions. I've seen these men and how their confidence shoots down and they are left feeling inferior.

There is an order in the family and women need to realize that men are the leaders. And sometimes men need to realize that they need to be the leaders. Nowadays everything is out of order, it's so sad. I'm glad I learned all this before I ever married because I was starting to believe all the feminist junk in school!

Also, I think men need women who are supportive and hopeful for the future. They deserve a good Christian wife who is a helpmate to him.

But I guess not every man deserves this type of woman...only the good men deserve her. :p

Lol. For some reason it reminds me of something I read written by a Christian marriage counselor once. He said he was talking to a couple who were having problems and was trying to get to the root of what they were wanting from each other. He asked the woman something, and she replied (dont remember what with but it was a reasonable sounding request). And then he asked the guy, well what is it you would like to have that you are not getting?

He replied "clean socks". Lol, the counselor was Reaaaally mad about that response. So the moral of the story is.....if you think you deserve clean socks, you are mistaken.

Every man deserves a microwave oven in the bathroom so he can warm up a muffin while sitting on the toilet.

Please don't judge me on this.

Eat your fibre and drink lots of water and you'll be in an out of the toilet in a few minutes. Also, ew. :)

Here's what I don't get.

Why is it a woman's job to keep the house orderly.

He's at work doing whatever he does at work all day...that makes him tired.

She's at home meeting the constant needs of children...that makes her tired.

And now she has to keep the house orderly too. Kinda sounds like she has two jobs, to me. ;)
