The Law required our death to free us from the Adamic fallen condition we inherited

You have the question wrong.

The law requires our death because we are sinners. We are sinners because we are born without God's Spirit and our minds and natures are therefore in harmony with each other. What our fallen nature desires, our minds desire too. Hence we naturally sin.

1] My source is the Bible and the Bible only. Comprehend?

2] SDA have a basic problem - they tend to teach a subtle form of legalism and many make Ellen White their pope.

I haven't attended church since 1997. I am a non-attending Christian. Now, back to the subject.

These distractions are a tool to used to change the subject.
And what was the church you did attend until 1997??

My questions to the above beliefs are:

1) If the Law required mankind to die, why didn't it require Jesus (who according to you, had our "fallen humanity indwelt with iniquity") to die under the Law as well?

The law requires mankind to die because they are sinners. Jesus as God wasn't a sinner, but the humanity He assumed for about 33 years from Mary's womb was a condemned humanity because it was indwelt with iniquity. Iniquity is a condition, not transgression. Therefore we can't be guilty of our condition. However, we are unfit for heaven because of our condition. Hence, we stand condemned because we share Adam's fallen life. There's a difference.

2) How can one person (Jesus) with the same "humanity indwelt with iniquity" redeem another(us) with the same condition?
It's called the gospel. Christ as God assumed our life. In that life He lived a perfect life, but because that life was polluted with iniquity, that life had to die forever. That's the 2nd death.

3) If your "humanity indwelt with iniquity" died at the cross 2000 years ago, are you saying after believing in Jesus, your "bent-to-self" nature (corrupted nature, as a result of Adam's sin)has died, and, today, you no more have the selfish tendencies of fallen man?(note that selfish bent-to-self tendency is different from willfully committed sin)
No, my glorified life substance is "in Christ Jesus in the heavenly places" now. See Eph 2:6 & Col 1:13,14 It is this sinless, glorified life that Christ, as our High Priest, holds up before God and His law in the most holy place.

"In Christ" we are literally perfect. As a child of Adam here on earth I am fallen. I am righteous by faith, but at the 2nd coming I will be righteous as God is righteous for I "will be changed"...

Three different denominations. It's none of your business outside that. Why are you trying to derail the subject? Let's get off me and to the subject. Understand?

Why do you quote Ellen G White in support your beliefs?

I am quoting the Bible. This is not about me...it's about what the Bible states....Not Ellen White, not the Pope, not Billy Graham.

Now if you keep on making this about me your questions will be ignored. My Favorite Bible author is the Apostle Paul. That's who I love to quote.

Why not just come clean? Her influence is all through many, if not all of the posts you make.

Two Distinct, Opposite Natures United in One Person

In order for Christ to legally qualify to be our substitute and representative, His divinity had to be united to our corporate fallen humanity that needed redeeming. It is in the incarnation that these two distinct opposite natures were united together in one person and Christ became the second Adam. This is the in Christ motif, the central theme of Paul’s theology [1 Corinthians 1:30].

How is a Christian condemned for seeking answers from a brethren who is more learned? I see God being glorified when someone seeks Truth, whether seeking it directly from God or one of God's children. I could be wrong, that's why I'm asking.

Yes, He is a retired SDA, but the majority of SDA call him a Jesuit. They dislike him because he preaches grace.

I will quote anyone who quotes Paul, in context. Even the Pope....
Oh, okay.

I'm SDA and I don't know Jack Sequeria, Personally I love grace because it is what I am saved by...through Jesus.

Ephesians 2:

8For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;

Good video. False labeling is a form of self justification as it seems, as I have spent a lot of time reading through posts and threads in the last few days. There are two ditches on either side of the straight and narrow path. One ditch is called liberalism, and the other ditch is called legalism. The ditches will not lead to the strait gate.
