The law requires mankind to die because they are sinners. Jesus as God wasn't a sinner, but the humanity He assumed for about 33 years from Mary's womb was a condemned humanity because it was indwelt with iniquity. Iniquity is a condition, not transgression. Therefore we can't be guilty of our condition. However, we are unfit for heaven because of our condition. Hence, we stand condemned because we share Adam's fallen life. There's a difference.
It's called the gospel. Christ as God assumed our life. In that life He lived a perfect life, but because that life was polluted with iniquity, that life had to die forever. That's the 2nd death.
No, my glorified life substance is "in Christ Jesus in the heavenly places" now. See Eph 2:6 & Col 1:13,14 It is this sinless, glorified life that Christ, as our High Priest, holds up before God and His law in the most holy place.
"In Christ" we are literally perfect. As a child of Adam here on earth I am fallen. I am righteous by faith, but at the 2nd coming I will be righteous as God is righteous for I "will be changed"...
