We had some glorious weather today that resulted in a beautiful view of the mountains. I made it to a park at a relatively high elevation (compared to the rest of the city) right around sunset to capture this:

Panorama of the same view:

Of course my car was almost towed and I was nearly locked into a park that's supposedly haunted capturing those, but it was worth it.

That is about right. 11-13 hours for me some days. Others have hit 14 hours at times.
Holy cow! Hopefully they're treating you well (as well as they can with hours like that). That has to be pretty rough.

I'd send you a Christmas card for all your hard work, but it would just add to the work load. :p (So instead I'll leave a thank you here.)

Thank you brother! One of my customers gave me a big tin of Topsy's popcorn today. I was thrilled about it and so was my wife! It's nice to feel appreciated!

The park is nestled in a little residential area here in the L.A. scene. That view overlooks roughly 5 cities. :)

I hope your occupation is artist. Because you're way too talented to keep drawing as just an hobby and have your drawings sit in your house. WOW!

Your friend is going to love her gift.

So .. so far I walked down the street eating a whole block of chocholate hoping cars didnt see me as theyre driving by I was hungry and had a sweet craving which wasnt a good thing both of those. Our street currently and its a normal smallish surburban street in NZ has 50 cars literally in it our street can only fit 50 cars in it - somebody died so the Hurst came.

I'm on my tablet and for some reason I can't post pictures. So imagine a picture of me, sitting in front of the TV all day, to get in all 6 Star Wars movies with the kid and sis. Plus making chili in the crock pot. :D

Going to see the new Star Wars tomorrow. :D

Favourite performance, the violinist was awesome. The lady in pink, a soprano singer, had all of us backstage holding our breaths, SHE WAS AMAZING. I had goosebumps while she was singing, her voice was heavenly. We kept congratulating her after every performance. All of them performed live for 4 services. Their energy level was new to me.

Guy mixing beside me. He's freaking 19. He's only mixing monitors. There were 3 other mixing engineers (I only know front of house, dunno what the other 2 were for.. :x)
