I love hiking, mainly. I usually try to fit in speed walking 3-9 miles a week. I am spending time with family for a few months, so, I am out of my element and away from my sphere of friends. Recently, I thought I might give stair climbing at the state capital a try, I think it will move things around, lol. Oh, and Yoga/ PiYo, I love that too, stretching is exercise in my opinion.
