When hugging, pull your legs back as far as you can with your bum above them. There's no way to have him press against your "top" that way. Necks and shoulders get in the way. (Something had to be learned somewhere in my life. lol)

I don't lift people off the ground, that's condescending (and I'm no muscle man). I don't think I've ever hugged someone I've been attracted to at the time I was interested in them (save for my ex). I think robust people give the best bear hugs because they have some padding and it's like hugging/being hugged by a bear.

As a ex-robust person, I definitely had the padding. Just not a hugger. Except for my bear.

Allow me to clarify so there are no misunderstandings. I remember it because it I thought it was a nice gesture and nothing more. Being a married man I know that sometimes someone might have inappropriate intentions but I believe God gives us discernment to tell the difference

There are men in my church who i always greet with a hug. Its just my way of showing them how much i enjoy their fellowship
