I have a night shift tomorrow, meaning 2:30pm-11pm. And then another. And then another.

I used to work at a 7-eleven and sometimes I worked the graveyard shift: 11pm-7am The hardest part was that last hour when it got busy with all the morning commute people coming in for coffee and stuff while I felt like I wanted to collapse..

So I am at church going over some of the Maundy Thursday music with the choir director before the service.
Some guys are hanging some things in the sanctuary. They bump into the big bowl of holy water with the ladder.

I say "Careful! You know what happens when the holy water spills, don't you?"

Choir Director:"No. What happens?"

Me:"Someone has to mop it up and refill the bowl."

The owner of the site (RoboOp) posted awhile back that he does not mind people looking for a relationship here and he prefers that we do not jump on people telling them its not a dating site because that turns off a lot of new members and causes them to leave before having a chance to get to know the site. I wish I could find that post...
Thank you, zeroturbulence. Yes, I remember RoboOp saying that and I'm in agreement. I was referring to flooding the issue because if someone appears too vulnerable, they may get pounced on by a scammer. She's very young and if she were my daughter or granddaughter, I'd be afraid of some perv or whacko taking advantage of her being so lonely and desperate for a husband, ya know?

Ok, I had no idea that's what it was about. Good warning then.
