Some politicians, on both sides of the pond, are being so PC and so bowing down to hostile religions that you could easily be using them for sidewalks. Banning a President would be a diplomatic scandal.
Faith Decker, a 19-year-old sophomore at Arizona State University, got off work a little early Tuesday night so she could vote in her first-ever primary. She arrived at a church in southeast Phoenix just before 7 p.m. to find "the line wrapped completely around the corner, 300 to 400 people." After waiting in that line for more than three hours, she finally reached the check-in desk. She was told that she couldn't vote—not because the polls had closed three hours before, but because she was registered in a different county.
Decker says that while waiting in line, she saw several people get frustrated and leave before they cast their ballots, and that the election workers seemed confused, taking a long time to process voters once they got to the table.
"It's just kind of all a giant disappointment to everyone who usually comes out and votes in person," she said. And as a first-time voter she was shocked "to see that it was so unorganized or disorderly."
Decker's long wait and disappointing outcome was shared by many voters in Maricopa County, Arizona, the state's biggest county, with 2 million registered voters who live in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Glendale, and other larger communities. Images of people waiting hours under the hot sun and into the night filled Twitter timelines and cable TV broadcasts. The last person to cast a ballot didn't do so until after midnight, according to the Arizona Republic, nearly five hours after the Democratic race had already been called for Hillary Clinton, and a few hours after Donald Trump was declared as the Republican winner. The Election in Arizona Was a Mess | Mother Jones

There is too much mischief that is going on in this election that they are trying their best tom ruin it.

I'm not a fan of Cruz, but he is my pick for who is left on the Republican party. I think he's more fit to be a Supreme Court Justice than he is a president in all honesty.

Plan A: Bernie for president
Plan B: Anybody but Hillary/Trump
Plan C: Anybody but Hillary

I don't want Cruz to drop out. That would almost certainly mean I'd have to vote for Trump when/if it's Trump vs Clinton. I may dislike Trump, but voting for Hillary will never happen for me.

As for the bold part of your post, I actually agree. The difference is, I know Bernie means what he says where as I have to hope Trump means what he says.
Am I mistaken to think that you are a German citizen? If so, you don't have a vote or say.

I get an absentee ballot vote. Unlike Cruz who is running for president, I was born in the US.

Cruz was a Canadian citizen up until recently that is, but he was still able to vote.

there's that "respect for America" he's out to engender again..

Trump says things about "corporate influence" and "anti-establishment" that he know people want to hear. he's smart about that. Trump's history is actually being that "big-money influence" though. being that interest that corrupts the establishment.

Sanders means the things that he says. his history shows it. Clinton and Cruz are just examples of the corrupted establishment. Trump's not an option for me. Clinton's not an option for me. Cruz's not an option for me. i'm pro-life & pro-marriage, but no president is going to change either of those things. Sanders is the only option i've got that i can live with saying "i support"

a loveable crazy uncle? i can live with that. actually, i like it. birds like him. maybe we'll stay out of WWIII another 8 years; that'll be nice. :)
Trump walk the walk. This is why corporate america doesn't like him and they want him out because they know that he is not going to approve any of their cancer causing agents to be sold on the market.

[h=2]Donald Trump enjoys healthy lifestyle, stresses importance of wellness and positivity[/h]In stark contrast to Buffet's love of junk food is Donald Trump's healthy lifestyle, which includes exercise and the consumption of organic foods. (Note to Buffet: we've even seen pictures and videos of him smiling, in case you needed proof that healthy eaters are happy!)

His daughter Ivanka explains that the family eats fresh, organic meals, which she often prepares for them. His children also oversee the foods served at the Trump hotels, which include vegan, organic and gluten-free in-room dining menus. Whenever possible, the hotels also obtain locally-sourced foods. In fact, their way of eating and living has been dubbed "The Trump Wellness Plan," which is fitting considering his healthy habits.

Donald Trump is that gentleman you meet at the bar with simple yet almost plausible solutions to everything that end in the national interest.
i don't know what planet that donald trump lives on...

but the donald trump on -this- planet is that vulgar drunken frat boy you meet at the bar who pounds on the table every five minutes and loudly boasts that he can beat up every man in the bar and sleep with every woman in the bar and says the most inane things possible any time he tries to weigh in on an intellectual conversation...

the only ones who take him to be anything more than a public nuisance who should be thrown out of the bar are his frat buddies who are just as drunk as he is...

I should have taken more care with my words. Love or hate for Trump does not generally fall along the lines of established ideological paradigms in the United States. It's still ideological; the questions being asked bleed into philosophies of governance.

Personal attributes have something to do with it as well. Bernie Sanders is that lovable, crazy uncle. Donald Trump is that gentleman you meet at the bar with simple yet almost plausible solutions to everything that end in the national interest. They are Jacksonian if you will, not Jeffersonian. "One of us."
Simple? More like Simpleton.

ALMOST plausible? Well ALMOST almost.

End in the National interest? Nah, Trump never did anything that didn't END in HIS interest/profit.

Trump "one of us?" Not in your wildest dreams.

I find it amusing that people complain about the Trump bashing...............SHOOT, I'M FED UP WITH THE TRUMP LOVE FEST that goes on here on C.C. How 'bout that?

Now, as for who will do a better job? I don't think ANY of those left in the race will amount to a hill of beans as President. The question should be: "Who represents the most danger to our Democratic Republic?"

At the very TOP of that list are:

Sanders
Trump
Clinton

IN THAT ORDER.........

Guess we will have to look elsewhere to find someone who can actually do something for America.

This race has left me puzzled. We don't have a decent candidate this time. We haven't really had a decent one for decades, but the downhill is even getting steeper now. The two candidates to the extreme left and to the extreme right are not good news for the country. The country needs consensus now, we're falling on hard times and a chief dragging one leg isn't going to be a political success. Unfortunately, there is no uniting candidate, and we're once again giving democracy a bad name.
I urge you to listen to some interviews with Bernie Sanders. I believe he can unite America, at least the 99% that aren't Millionaires and Billionaires :D

It's not as if we are not aware of Bernie............he IS a devout and self proclaimed Socialist. No, not the "kinder, gentler" Socialist Democrat, but a Socialist.

His strategy/plan/dream is the COMPLETE redistribution of wealth here in America. Take 90 percent of the wealth/money from those who have worked hard, gained success and divide it up among those who are quite content to live off the Social Welfare Programs our Country provides.

EVERY THING WILL BE FREE! According to Bernie. The TRUTH is, nothing is free........SOMEONE will have to pay for all these vote buying FREEBIES Bernie is touting.

As a Christian, I could NEVER even seriously entertain voting for Bernie, no more than I could for Trump.

I've never struggled with envy. Have always been sincerely happy for the successful people that I know. Just a guess, but I would argue that Bernie appeals to many who have envy in their hearts and Trump is hated by them for the same reason.

What do you expect? America turned her back on God decades ago. America has said no to God. Really what shall we expect?

I'm not so sure. Bernie is uniting his flock, but he still has to unite the Clinton gang, and the GOP people. This is still not happening, and I don't belive it is going to happen either. I do agree with you, however, that a lot of the people NOT voting for Bernie (the non millionaires etc) could be gaining a lot if they were actually voting for him. But I don't think he is able to make them realize that. People, at least some, tend to view themselves as potentially successful beings, and that is being boosted by for example voting for Donald Trump, a successful businessman. Supporting a nice old man isn't going to cut it with them. He is not making them dream the American Dream. He's making them think of welfare, hospitals and commies...and this is truly unfair, yet this is what is happening. Besides, he somewhat comes across anti American if we are to view this in a traditional way. He's not the self made man, like Donald Trump allegedly is, and whom by now has gotten pert near everybody into believing he actually is a self made man. This is unfair to Bernie, but I think this will be the outcome of this. The Democratic nominee will be Clinton, and the President will be somebody from the GOP.

I wonder how long do Trump supporters expect It to take for trump to "make America great again"?

Will they patiently wait a year, two years or four years?

If Donald Trump were to become commander and chief Would they be disappointed If they thought It was taking too long for him to "make America great again" or do they just like the way his voice seems to vibrate and line up with the feelings of those that agree with him?
