We are to love and to treat others as we want to be treated I wouldn't mistake being rude as standing up for the gospel we need to be able to discern the difference.

Being sheltered in life does not help you in the real world. The world is perishing and you cannot share the gospel with people if you can't connect with people so when that happens, basically there is a failure to be Christian to them. The world is the way they are because we are the way we are.

James 2:13 because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

Like James says, mercy triumphs over judgment.

Your truth is very selective over which scriptures to follow because you are a law unto yourself.

According to Moslems I have known.

Jesus Christ is not God.

The Moslem idea of the afterlife is materialistic.

According to what the reward is for a Moslem, he will have sex with a lot of virgins, while women will yet exist on the back burner.

According to Moslems I have known, Jesus Christ is given credit for being a prophet. Now according to my understanding of a prophet of God, they do not err in their teaching. Jesus confesses He is God. All of this tells me the Moslem faith ha a lot of error.

Having said this, I also am painfully aware of how the denominations calling themselves Christian, are also in deep error, but the B ible with the guidance of the Holy Spirit is perfect...........

Heaven is living. There is no need for the giving or taking of a wife for we all live forever. According to the Word we are all the same in the Spirit, therefore I may only surmise that in this age woman AND men are living in a temporary role given them by their birth status. Come the Kingdom we are all like angels........we live forever, therefore there is no need to reproduce, for procreation will no longer exist. It does not take a prophet of God to understand this, all it takes is faith and common sense.

Maybe in pre-9/11 days, a topic like this could have actually been entertained, but unfortunately extremist terrorism is the face of Islam to the world right now, thus relations between the two faiths are a bit hostile. Yes, both religions are monotheistic and trace their roots back to Abraham (along with Judaism), but they are far apart in many other ways.

1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

Since I know the Bible, I am not scared of anyone.
I don't care who comes to my door because I have the truth.
It has been many years and God has preserved me and given me the things to say.
You can tell me any heresy and I will tell you the truth.

Non functioning Christians or want to be Christians should be scared because they don't have the truth.
And what you represent is someone who is scared which means love isn't perfected.

So what? You can't use it as an opportunity to exalt Christ, tell people the gospel and show this as a loving community?

Lamentation 3:22 It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.

When we ask the Lord to give people what they deserve, you should consider yourself first and that might be hard to ask you to have empathy. The fact is that mercy is something you don't deserve and can't earn. This is the difference between you and the Lord.

Luke 6:36 ESV


Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful.

Well I don't think you really understand the terms by which the gospel is supposed to be shared .. so your not exalting Christ when you break His Words and standards .. you seem confused about this whole witnessing thing
