I think maybe you are pretending to be blind. Why do you think there are other religions like Hinduism and Islam? Oh so in their utter ignorance of Christ besides already what they believe about their own Gods, you are asking them to see the birds of the sky and the oceans and say, "Lord Jesus you did this!"? Seriously? Because that sounds completely ludicrous. They the Hindus and the Muslims have their own Gods and they worship and believe them to be as the creator of the heavens and the earth etc.
True God is not limited to a continent or language, but do you have any evidence from the scriptures that the hope of Christ was preached to the Hindus, Muslims and the Africans during the pre-Christ era? Or did the Israelites travel to other nations around the world preaching about Jehovah?

In the first place, you originally asked about those in the OT. I told you. God made himself known to them . They walked in faith. They were under the old covenant. Jesus is God! Oh sorry I misunderstood you then. Awesome stuff full of hope. While God was walking with the Israelites and with the prophets in O.T at that time, was the same thing being done in India, China and Africa and other nations all around the world? The answer is NO.
Your position still holds that all those people who did not come to know Christ, or even unlike a Jew, shall be tormented for all eternity in Hell. Your words of heavenly wisdom and hope have been reinstated. Congratulations!

The people in India, China, Egypt and other places during the Old Testament times did know about God, but they all had rejected God for their gods. This is why the Son of God the "I AM" walked with the Israelite's only.
All the Nations during the O.T. times knew about God. They had no excuse for rejecting Him. This is why God chose the Israelite's instead of them.

Ken, you and I both know that Indian culture is 5000 years old. The Indians/Hindus believed in all sorts of Gods etc. Even the Egyptians had their own Gods. Not sure how old Hinduism is compared to Judaism., but certainly one of the oldest religions.
