Announcement for anyone who cares:
I have a job. In the craziest job getting process ever, I interviewed one day and was offered the job that evening and asked to come in so I could spend the next two days getting trained by the person who is leaving. That brings us up to today, and then I'm getting left pretty much alone in the office next week since the old gal is gone and the boss is going to be out of the country. Still working in an office with generally only one other person and organizing data all day is kind of an introvert's dream job. Now if only they could afford to pay me enough to live on (it's a ministry job so I realize that comes with the territory). Anyway that's my current update. Have an interview to be one of the Best Buy Geek Squad Geeks next week so maybe I can get that and find a way to work two jobs.
Getting a job was supposed to make things feel more settled not more unsettled. But true to form even while I'm grateful, I still hate transition.
