The owner of eHarmony is a Christian though, so it is a Christian 'owned' business even if it's not a Christian only dating site. This is why he allowed it to go to court, to fight it, rather than just giving in, and why he did not have a section for gays to begin with. As a loophole, he formed a second dating site for gays only, but doesn't advertise it. That way he 'technically' complied with the court ruling, but with giving no real victory to them.
