Ah
I think in Norway you'd get arrested for bringing something that resembles a real weapon in a public place
Oh yea we're not allowed to carry anything that looks like a real gun out in public here in cali. We have to have it in a case. There was a kid who was killed by cops here a few years ago when he pointed his airgun at them, but he painted over the orange tip so it looked 100% real.

Most airsoft guns come in black like the real versions. I bought a clear one because I didn't want to scare my neighbors lol, but now I want to paint it. I'm even thinking of doing a camo pattern...

Yeah, there is definitely something to be said for not being mainstream. Especially with the current fad.
Did you make that pun on purpose? Because I'll add to that that the current fad is pretty shallow.
Aaaaaand all of these puns just started spilling out of my brain.
I'll show myself out, before I say something deep, get in hot water, and someone puts a damper on my fun.
Gahhhhhh.... make it stoooooop!

Buries face in hands, walks away, weeping.
Which is why I'm staying in Tennessee. Y'all be careful over there.
Oh come on... we all know you live in Tennessee because all of dem cray-cray exes you've got living in a certain state...

I do? Wow, the things you never knew about yourself... I've never been on a date before and I have exes.

And for the record that song is before my time, much less yours. And I think it's depressing. :p

So... sometimes i go into the chats if i'm bored or lonely. Then once in there i won't speak to anybody because i think to myself 'i don't want to talk to anybody'. But i continue staying in chat, hoping, both, that someone does, and that no one will, talk to me.

running that experiment now. about 7 days in. so far its been pretty equal in message count.

avg looking girl making 100K year 13 messages
10/10 girl making less then 12k a year 15 messages

9 messages was same guy to both girls.

also to ad, all messages were sent by guys within 50 miles.
well I let this experiment run and well. it was actually really balanced.

avg looking girl making 100K year 271 messages
10/10 girl making less then 12k a year 274 messages

261 messages was same guy to both girls.

So I guess this mostly just proves that guys randomly contact every girl on there in case someone responds. Did the guys who messaged both "girls" say the same pre-recorded thing? Just curious.

I don't think stalkers do pre-recorded messages, Grace.

Actually, they kind of do.

One common thing you'll see on the dating sites is that some people send out the same copy-and-pasted, "Hi, I saw your profile and was just so enchanted I had to write" message to hundreds of people, just fishing for anyone who happens to respond.

I'm thumbing this piece of meat under my collarbone and it feels amazing.

Yeah... Just as it sounds.

Quote referring to someone who spammed a lot of those messages: "I think this used to be called the shotgun approach, but I've never heard of a shotgun that would hit 200 targets at once... maybe we should call this the nuke from orbit approach."

In local news, my dog is now hiding in his doghouse and I can't really blame him. We just went out for a training run to learn the boundaries of this new wireless fence thing I got him. Central transmitter broadcasts a signal the collar picks up, and if the collar gets too close to the boundary the dog gets a warning tone, then a mild shock. My australian shepherd is very intelligent so it doesn't take much. But this morning was our first trial run (on a leash) with this thing, so he's not really happy right now.

I feel like curling up in my doghouse too, but I gotta go to w*rk now.
