I can't remember whether you inhale through your nose as you start chewing and exhale through your mouth before you swallow, or vice versa...Well, both plants use the same chemical for the "spice" aspect.
Yeah, I noticed that first time I tried it. I eat with my mouth closed... usually. I learned real quick not to breathe through my nose when I'm eating wasabi. That stuff lit my world up...
Kinda reminded me of when I was trying to do a quiet soda burp. Just ain't worth it.
Diets are not enjoyable. At all.
Being fat sucks.

Dont encourage him!!! Lol![]()
lol!
what helped me lose weight was to increase my water in-take. i did use the treadmill a lot last year, but as of recently, nope. lol
also, i had a problem eating too much fast food. for a time, i stopped eating it all together. now, i have it maybe once a week.
i stopped drinking soda.
I'm doing all the right things. I'm exercising more. I'm eating smaller portions. I'm eating more fruits and vegetables. I drink skim milk instead of whole, margarine instead of butter, low salt, a gallon of water drunk every day.
It still sucks. I'd gladly get in a street fight with a big dude for a double quarter pounder with cheese right now though.

But I do remember that there are terrible consequences for getting it wrong.

it's a process. i lost 30 lbs in a year. i haven't lost any weight in the past 4ish months, but i've maintained my current weight, so i'm proud of that![]()
I lost a lot of weight four years ago, and then more through restricting my calories in the last two years. Calorie counting is the way to go, for me. I've stopped counting the last few months and have continued to stay under my goal weight, which makes me happy.![]()
If you don't mind sharing, how many calories were you having? I tried counting but I think I went too low and it got me really anxious and tired. I was eating about 1,200.
