Even if she did plagiarize, the left is being hypocritical as their candidates including clinton and obama have stolen material from other candidates even to the present day 2016 from bernie sanders....

Here is an excellent article from breitbart that shows the various examples of their hypocrisy in calling out others when they themselves do the same thing....

Michelle Obama Copied Alinsky in Speech Melania Trump Plagiarized
i would agree that the democrats who are themselves habitual plagiarists are in no position to be criticizing anyone for plagiarism...

however...if you're a republican campaigning against the opposing party then isn't the whole point to know better and to -be- better than them?

now is not the time for unforced errors and prime time foul ups...if you are serious about beating hillary clinton that is...

the trump campaign has planted and watered and pruned and fertilized his own media lynching tree...tell me how it made sense for the republicans in 2016 to nominate someone who seems to habitually end up with his foot in his mouth?

I still don't fully trust Trump, I still think he's a better option than Clinton, but he may be a plant to purposefully "lose" the election so Clinton gets' in. Clinton is who the elite have kept in power on/off in politics for the last 30 years. She will be the next president unless there is a miracle and Trump wins. Trump is a person the elite don't really like but may be using as a "fall-guy" just a theory so no one needs to get all wound up....I have no proof just my personal hunch...

the cruz speech just now was a piece of sad comedy...he was talking about a republican party that no longer exists...and outlining ideals and values and principles that the republican party no longer holds...

apparently trump's delegates were becoming so threatening towards heidi cruz after it became clear that her husband was not going to endorse trump that virginia delegate and family friend ken cuccinelli prompted security to escort her out of the building...

how absolutely disgusting...i hope trump's people are proud of themselves...this 'movement' has truly sunk to rock bottom...

It's sad to see a party attacking itself all because they don't accept the person they think is amazing.

It sort of reminds me of when I was 5 or 6 years old. I had this friend who disliked another friend I had. When that friend found out I was friends with the person she disliked, she didn't want to be my friend anymore.

I wouldn't doubt if the Trump supporters that were becoming threatening to Heidi during the speech resported to accusing Ted and Heidi of being "Hillary supporters". It's the go-to move when someone doesn't approve of Trump.

Sadly yes, it is the kind of straw man argumentation the Trump supporters are using whenever somebody dare say anything that doesn't fit their take on him. What is far worse, though, is that some of them tend to resort to violence. By attacking people not supporting Trump they are trying to scare people not approving of Trump. That is a strategy that doesn't sit well with a lot of people, but it is silencing folks.

Trump is lucky, though, his adversary is Hillary Clinton, any other Democratic candidate would've been sweeping the floor with Trump in the general, and any other Republican candidate would've been sweeping the floor with Hillary in the general.

So, both parties have gone into self destruction mode and what if Gary Johnson takes the general?

What would you think If Trump and Hillary were having a debate and Trump kept making jaw dropping statements and walking those statements back and then when he finds himself losing In the polls, starts attacking Hillary's personality and then he starts winning In the polls?

Thank you...That Is very true, any other democratic nominee would be on easy street with someone like Trump.

What's really funny about all this is that everyone thinks they are an expert here on politics. Kinda like the basement musician who bashes metallica as being a crappy band, having a crappy drummer and lead guitarist, while said basement musician has 15 bucks to his name and Metallica live in the lap of luxury. Lol.....You people are quite silly.

I have to admit, in my CoC days, when I seldom actually thought, I would probably have been behind Cruz. But I have grown a lot since those days... and learned to think.

This is the problem nowadays. People are pretty educated but their education stops at the point where they should be questioning what they have been taught.

I started out as an Independent as I wasn't sure which party I might belong to and was too young to bother with politics. Then when I started paying attention I felt I was a Republican and enjoyed being able to vote in the primaries and loved Ronald Regan because we seemed to be such a divided country at the time and he seemed to pull the country together.

Bush came along the Junior one that is and just blew me right out of the Republican party as He was the decider and my thoughts were no you aren't you are a representative of we the people and started making executive orders that started the ball rolling for Obama to do more of the same....disgusting misuse of power and not so much for the people....

Pushing me into the Democratic party so I could still vote in Primaries.....

Fact - for many years Trump was a Democrat..... anyone care to try to guess how he is thinking? Democrat or Republican... He switched parties to run so just so you all are aware you have a choice to vote between two Democrats....

Fact - Most of the people running for office especially President have speech writers meaning they don't really write their own speeches but approve the end result.... So fire the speech writer if you think they copied someone else. Probably using a Speech for Dummies Book anyway.

Fact - most time politicians open their mouths half truths come out to make themselves look good. Check your newspaper for the truth meters usually published.

Fact - Like it or not it is o.k. for an individual to have their own opinion and Cruz used his right to voice his not getting behind Trump in the Convention speech.... Trump not so smart in letting a known opponent have the mic..... In this country we have that wonderful thing called Freedom of Speech if you don't like what someone has to say about you then don't invite them to speak....

Just a few of my Blond thoughts.... oh I took a political test and came out even though I am a registered Democrat that my thinking is 60% Republican and 40% Democrat and I consider myself a Moderate.... I vote for people I can believe in - now there is a novel concept.....

Not voting for Trump or Hillary will vote a write in candidate.....

Fact - being a Republican or a Democrat does not make one less of an American because you are one party or the other.

It clearly does show as Sirk says. I respect you as brother in Christ and as a poster. I say this, not because we mostly agree on everything, but even when we disagree. I find that the more educated someone is on a subject, the less they need to resort to personal attacks and the more they rely on their knowledge.
