God keeps us in faith and obedience (Jude 24) Full stop.
Lets post that for all of those who are trying to steal Gods glory for themselves by thinking God isn't able....

"Now all glory to God, who is able to keep you from falling away and will bring you with great joy into His glorious presence without a single fault. All glory to Him who alone is God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord. All glory, majesty, power, and authority are His before all time, and in the present, and beyond all time! Amen." Jude 24-25

You false grace teachers take scriptures out of context, and when us Biblical grace Teachers put them in their context, you criticise us.
We are who God says we are, only if we walk in it.

As I said, you false grace teachers leave out the scriptures that you you wrong.
There is a difference between self righteousness and keeping God's commandments.
You twist what we true grace teachers say, just like you twist the Bible.
Ok, "Biblical grace teacher", here’s your opportunity to testify to the whole world wide web about the true grace of God. Tell us then, what you yourself are doing to keep from falling from that grace and share with the entire world how you personally are maintaining God's grace in your life. The Apostle Paul was a living witness, so witness to us your living testimony.

Prove to us how you are keeping Jesus Lord of your life. Reveal to us the things you are doing personally that God might not change his mind and forsake you. Tell us how we might keep God from taking away the things he so freely gave us.

Don’t post scripture. Even the devil and militant extremists can quote the Bible page after page. But tell us of your own living witness, give us solid proof with your own life, the determined way you keep God from removing his promise of eternity to you. What are you doing on a daily basis to keep God from changing his mind about being your Father? Tell us then. Prove yourself.

The truth is, anyone can post walls of scripture till the cows come home. Anyone can post their own interpretations of those scriptures till their keyboards give out. But unless the world sees Christ Jesus alive in us... unless the unconditional lovingkindness and tender mercies and miraculous grace of our Father God is evident in us... unless people are turned toward God and desire to know him because of His living witness in us... unless it is the Lord doing the miracle working through us... unless the Lord himself builds the house, we type page after page for nothing.

All the thousands upon thousands of posts of copy/pasted scripture and theological hermeneutics and doctrinal interpretations amounts to nothing unless a man turns to Jesus Christ. All that matters is the actual evidence that Jesus Christ is alive in us.

The grace of God is more than just unmerited favour, or grace gifts, The essence of grace is, God's willingness to show Himself strong on our behalf.
And God's willingness to let us use His power to do what we cannot do ourselves,
[Including living for Jesus and being used by God].

The key is, Make Jesus Lord of your life.

Jesus gave us some keys to have the victory in life, in Lk 6: 46--48.

[1]Make Jesus Lord, V46.
I ask people, Is Jesus your Lord, If not, what are you going to do about it?, Then I say, The answer to that question will determine how blessed you are going to be, How victorious you will be and how Anointed you will be,
[Or not, as the case may be].

[2]Continually walk with Jesus, V 47,
The meaning of, "Cometh to Me", is a continual walk with Jesus, [Not like the false grace teachers who say they cab live however they want to, because grace has covered all their sins].

[3]Be a doer of the word, V 47,
James said it's the doers of the word that are blessed, James 1: 22--25.

[4]Dig deep, V48, It's one thing to read the Bible, but it's another thing to know what it's saying, we can read the Bible from the beginning to the end, but unless we get the revelations of what it says, it won't do us much good.
So we need to ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the Biblical truths to us, and we need to dig deep ourselves, By studying the Bible rather than just reading it.

Then Jesus said when we have done those things, we will have the victory when the storms of life comes.

And the above, is the life that I live.
Plus.
I stir up my gift, 2 Tim 1: 6. Give myself whole to my gift, 1 Tim 4: 14--15.
Plus, I purge, [Sanctify] myself so I will be a vessel fit for God's highest and special purposes, [Greek] 2 Tim 2: 19--21.

You said don't quote scripture, But that's the best way that I can show you how I live.
And God has used me, [And still does], To heal the sick, cast out demons, raise the dead, cleans the leper and do miracles.

This is the TRUE Biblical grace.
The false grace teachers say, you can live however you want to and God will still use you and bless you.
But they'll have to throw out all those scriptures that I have given.
One false grace teacher said, Quote", "When I sin I am blessed because God isn't counting my sins against me", [End quote].
Giving people a licence to sin, thinking they will still be blessed.

Gods grace is pity for mankind.

You keep hiding behind the straw man argument that God saves by grace apart from works promotes sinning. Those who are truly saved know that you cannot mix grace with works. Works cannot save and they cannot keep one saved. All the sins that have been sinned have been covered by the blood of Christ. Full complete eternal atonement has been made for our sins.

Our new nature in Christ is no longer bent toward sinning but is now being shaped to follow Christ and to seek the good and virtuous things of God.

Stop blaming your faults on others and take responsibility for what you believe.

Ga 5:4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.

For the cause of Christ

How can one lose the Grace from God? Did we receive the Grace of God after we became Born again? Did we receive the Grace of God by not sinning?

No.

God at the very beginning even before He created anything, poured out on us His Grace.

Ephesians 2:8
[SUP]8 [/SUP]For by grace you have been saved

We cannot fall from Grace like some would like us to believe. To fall from Grace means God is a liar!

How can God say we have been Saved and then turn around and say just kidding??

Sorry to bust your theology AuntieAnt but we can never lose our Grace from God nor do we need to "Work" at keeping our Grace like you teach.

You are teaching "Works" to maintain Grace which is wrong.

What is based on our "Works" is our Sanctification, not Grace and not Salvation.

Please AuntieAnt study what great men have written about what the Scriptures say. Do not lean on your own Interpretation.

The KJV is the only version that has added a 2nd part to Romans 8:1 - all others have this.

Romans 8:1-2 (NASB)
[SUP]1 [/SUP]
Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

[SUP]2 [/SUP] For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.

And to Colossians 1:23 - here is the answer to that.

There are a lot of times in the original greek the "if" is actually a statement of it is fulfilled.....example:

Colossians 1:23 (NASB)
[SUP]23 [/SUP]
if indeed you continue in the faith firmly established and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel that you have heard, which was proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, was made a minister.

A.T. Robertson - Greek scholar has this to say about Col. 1:23 and says
that it is determined as being fulfilled in the Greek.

If so be that ye continue in the faith ([FONT="Gentium" !important]ei ge epimenete tēi pistei[/FONT]).
Condition of the first class (determined as fulfilled),

Noted Greek scholar - A. T. Robertson Word Pictures in the New Testament.

Here is an example of this usage now....

" you are going to the bank..and I say to you.... If you are going to be at the bank...get me $100 bucks. - you going to the bank is treated as fulfilled already )

I'll take a check too...

I realize that these truths above "conflict" with some people's religious upbringing and thus it disturbs them. I know it did me too when I first heard it - but ask the Lord about them and they will become truth and create a love for the Lord and a desire to walk with Him in all things.

You're my brother, God4me. I don't wanna have a go at you. Please forgive me if I came across that way. I do understand what you're saying about people using scriptures to support wrong beliefs. Believe me, I know what you're saying. And in fact, I've done it, too and have gotten corrected plenty of times on this site. It's humbling but praise God, I'm able to learn and thank God for ears to hear.

The license to sin that you're referring to, or greasy grace as I've heard it called, was a real struggle for me for many years. I just could not grasp that the Lord is able all by himself to keep me, to instruct me, to make me more like him. I couldn't wrap my head around it because for most of my walk I was taught that I had to measure up or else I'd lose God's blessing. I walked in doubt and fear because my flesh is continually warring with the Spirit of Christ in me.

I didn't realize of a truth that my flesh (intellect, carnal mind, instinct) will never be subject to God. Now I do know. And now I realize that's why Christ died and my flesh was crucified with him. Now I realize it's a spiritual change, and in him I'm a new creation.

Nevertheless, only God is the one who opens our eyes to his truth. So I don't want to keep sparring with you because we're united in Christ and I know your heart is toward God. We're on the same team. And I know God is working his will toward us both. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me, brother God4me. ♥ :)

We are taught by many false prophets we have to "work" at and "work" for that which is a free gift from God.

Grace is a free Gift.
Salvation is a free gift.
Justification is a free gift.

All that is required by God is that we believe in Him!

This has always been from the beginning!

Romans 4:1-
1. What then shall we say that Abraham, our forefather according to the flesh, has found? [SUP]2 [/SUP]For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God. [SUP]3 [/SUP]For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.” [SUP]4 [/SUP]Now to the one who works, his wage is not credited as a favor, but as what is due. [SUP]5 [/SUP]But to the one who does not work, but believes in Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited as righteousness, [SUP]6 [/SUP]just as David also speaks of the blessing on the man to whom God credits righteousness apart from works: [SUP]7 [/SUP]“Blessed are those whose lawless deeds have been forgiven,
And whose sins have been covered.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]“Blessed is the man whose sin the Lord will not take into account.”

Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.

Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.
You also need to remember that Abraham's faith caused him to be willing to sacrifice his son. Some xtians today won't sacrifice an episode of American Idol.

just curious so maybe you can explain: how precisely do you know that this statement is true of this brother? have you asked by whos strength he keeps the commandments? maybe you should look up genesis 26:5 and rom. 7:12 and prov. 18:13 you may find these text enlightening.

Amen...and that is why we had to die to the law.

Real Christians are dead to the law because of their union with Christ. His life in us is how we live now. We life by the law of love. Love fulfills the law..Jesus fulfilled all the law so now we walk in Him and His fruit bears in our lives.

Romans 7:4-6 (NASB)
[SUP]4 [/SUP] Therefore, my brethren, you also were made to die to the Law through the body of Christ, so that you might be joined to another, to Him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit for God
.
[SUP]5 [/SUP] For while we were in the flesh, the sinful passions, which were aroused by the Law, were at work in the members of our body to bear fruit for death.

[SUP]6 [/SUP] But now we have been released from the Law, having died to that by which we were bound, so that we serve in newness of the Spirit and not in oldness of the letter.

Going back under law is committing spiritual adultery on the Lord Jesus Christ.

Romans 7 is for those who know the law. Romans 7:1-6 is referring to one specific law, the law of marriage (or divorce). God divorced the northern 10 tribes of Israel. But He is taking her back, but in a way that will not break His own law. It is just that important to Him.

Romans 7 is between chapter 6 which is talking about the law and then after verse 7 in Chapter 7 he continues talking about the law. There is no need for a divorce talk in the middle of the law talk - and how we are not under it ( 6:14 ).

It real life it is showing people that we are dead to the law so that we can be joined to Another - our Lord Jesus Christ.

This short video is for the viewers to see what is really going on in chapter 7:1-6. Going back to the law is committing spiritual adultery on the Lord Jesus Christ. We need to stop that and also stop teaching that too.

Remember in the last days people are NOT going to be "anti-God"..they are going to be "anti-Christ"...selah
