Of course not. Read my first post in this thread. I said Trump speaks emotionally and not pragmatically. I don't think Trump knew he was going to discredit McCain's war service until the second he thought of the attack and spewed it out.

I don't know if McCain even "attacked Trump or his supporters. Maybe the media did report on it, maybe they didn't. I just thought you knew as you were saying that is why he attacked his war credentials. Can you give me a summary of what McCain said about his supporters? Does any of it have relevance to what McCain did in war?

Donald Trump didn't attack McCain. After McCain attacked Donald's supporters, Donald was asked if McCain was a war hero. (You might say Trump was baited.) Trump said, "No." How can that be interpreted as an attack?

Exactly. That is why in my first post I agreed with you and also added that Donald doesn't help the situation. He makes it exponentially worse. I also noted however, that while sometimes they take things out of context, often times they do get it spot on. There is just no justification for some of the things he says/does.

Let me put it another way, at the risk of causing you severe emotional trauma. If you were a war hero and came back home and burned down my house, I wouldn't consider you a war hero.

It really saddens me that Clinton runs that ad showing him saying "naughty" words "while our children are listening!" Uh, who put those innocent little tykes, unsupervised, in front of the TV? Every third commercial is a half-naked person, or worse.

Trump is free to use his speech, but don't say "out of context" when it's really IN context, it's just Trump attacking McCain on something irrelevant as to why he was upset with him in the first place. I think McCain is wrong that 100% of the 15,000 people that went to see Trump were "crazies". He is over exaggerating the amount of crazies buying in to the Trump campaign; the number is certainly not 0 and not 15,000... some where in between those numbers.

I think Trump is juvenile to attack someone even he views as a war hero about NOT being a war hero. It's just as juvenile to attack McCain by saying he's not White but Black. I think just about everyone knows McCain is a hero (maybe not the best politician though).

Nobody I know is saying Donald Trump is a saint. We're just saying he's a lot better than Hillary.
