Quite to the contrary, the context, and the rest of Paul's writings, clearly show that Paul is saying do not let Hebrew Roots pplz ((commonly called 'Judaizers' and Paul's own term, "the concision" - Philippians 3:2)) judge you for not doing these things.
Else why would he be calling the people in Galatia "fools" and "bewitched" and commenting that he fears he has utterly wasted his time preaching the gospel to them, when he discovers that they are observing holy days?
Venture a guess which holy "days" and "weeks" they were observing?

What I meant to say, Paul is not telling the believers to 'NOT' observe God's holy days.
Paul is telling them, Don't let your freak pagan neighbors judge you because you ARE observing God's commandments.
