As ugly said, i believe ive heard it before, but by habit, i still drank during meals. |And just now at breakfast... i suddenly remind myself-- drink later! Maybe it has to do w. how fast we eat also, for when u find urself gulping food esp at breakfast time, i, for one really need a nudge to go more slowly. Ah, now i remember also someone saying we could drink/sip water in one-hr intervals during the day, for it is not getting a glass of water in that matters so much as how long the water stays in the body. And theres even the suggest to shake a bottle some 40 shakes before drinking-- has anyone tried that-- for it gets easier to drink, a chemist's blog said. That is if u drink from a bottle, for if i shake a glass... there would be none left to drink-).
