Brazil has enough legitimate dirt to deal with, they don't need thugs to lie and make up garbage to deflect the responsibility for their juvenile actions.
And for the people who are crying saying it's "extortion", I only wish they could "extort" more money out of these thugs. When you break laws in another country, you must pay the consequences for those actions. This isn't extortion, it's called "justice."
