Just tired of people. They seem more and more a relentless chore. Not to mention some are two faced.
Do feel ya. Sometimes my son's cats seem more my speed than some people.

Anything that seems like a chore is usually just that...a chore. Too demanding? Too domineering? Expecting too much out of you, or taking and not giving? (Actually, that last one sounds more like some family :)).

Proverbs 20:19 (KJV) He that goeth about as a talebearer revealeth secrets: therefore meddle not with him that flattereth with his lips.

Proverbs 16:28 (KJV) A froward man soweth strife: and a whisperer separateth chief friends.

Praying all goes well for you.

Does anyone else feel uncomfortable when guys say "females" in reference to women/girls. lol I was looking through the forums and this guy was saying that he wanted to meet "females" from his country. I don't know. I mean I know we are females (the girls) but it makes me feel like a dog. Why not use the word "women" or "ladies?" I think those words are better. What do ya'll think?

I am often like that. It might just be the way his brain works. I doubt it is a slur. I suspect he is just more analytical and scientific than the average person, probably above average IQ as well. Don't hold it against him. It might give you a clue about how to relate to him.

I use the terms male and female. And I do it because I dont like the words men and women : p Im not real big on the image those words have attached to them, and they generally make me feel weird. So I just use the biological term. I prefer being called male over man. Whether people like that or not, its my preference and is by no means wrong : p

It used to be like that around here too. All the groceries and walmart were open 24 hours. Even all the fast food joints. That all started to change in just the last 2 years or so. It's probably because our state's minimum wage went up $1 an hour in 2013..

I rarely say women and if I say lady, it's usually referring to someone I don't know... usually over 40. Under 40 I say girl, miss, gal, etc. Idk why. Females is just weird tho lol

That's one thing I had to adapt to when I moved back down to southwest TN. For a few years I lived in a rather large city where many places were open all night, and every grocery story was open until at least 11pm. When I moved back to my hometown I had to adapt to a really small town where the one supermarket closes at 8. AT EIGHT O'CLOCK! It's not even dark at 8pm!

The Wal-Mart in a town a couple of towns over stays open all night though. At least for now. Overnight is when the employees stock the shelves.

I guess we're lucky here because almost every grocery store and all the Wal-marts are open all night. When my Husband first graduated from college he was a third shift manager for Walmart. He saw some really weird things.

Third shift is the best time to get help though. Everybody is stocking shelves and they are more than happy to take a break and help you find what you're looking for. Best customer service I've ever seen - not just at Wal-Mart, best customer service I've ever seen anywhere.

Yeah that is a great time to shop. Most of the time I grocery shop after I get out of work at 9 pm on Friday. It's pretty slow then and much less annoying.

Haha yea I discovered that shopping at walmart early in the morning is like shopping at target (no weird customers or grumpy employees), and they have a much bigger selection and lower prices. The early bird really does get the worm.

Yeah it's pretty nice. One thing I enjoy doing Friday night is going to Target, they're open until 11. I wish they'd have a cocktail hour during that time frame. My friends and I would be there every week, we all love Target. Actually I bump into friends there almost every time I'm there. Awe the life of middle aged Mom's.

I used to be all nervous and jerky.

But I'm not nervous anymore.

:p

Sorry, j, praying the Lord calms your heart with His grace, and gives you peace in mind, body, soul and spirit.

Sometimes just a change in computer use can bring on the shakiness, alot more, or even alot less, can cause a little imbalance that may not even show up right away, (you know, neurotransmitters firing at a different rate, and all that mumbojumbo) plus caffeine changes can do it.

Also,
sometimes standing in the snow.

In my barefeet.

And underwear.

But that's probably not what you're doing today.

I miss snow.
