One contributer went nuts to this statement
"Sin is the fruit of a lack of relationship with God"
Or the opposite is equally true, walking in love and righteousness is the fruit
of walking with God and being in communion.
I still do not really understand why, but sin is about actions that are evil, and
actions come from the heart and desires. The heart has a desire, it gives
birth to a fantasy and the fantasy to sinful action.
Jesus talked about the heart is where desire arises, and it is the fruit of
the desires, words and actions, that defile us.
If one does not agree with this reality, then there is no value in gaining
a clean heart, a purified and holy life style.
I wonder if one can actually be a follower of Jesus and not understand this
reality.
