I find many women tend point their finger at men all the time, but then we forget how we should also treat men.

I believe that both parties need to respect each other, regardless.

Just because there are some men out there that are some bad eggs does not mean all men are bad.

I've never known any men who did that. What guys do is get sort of envious lol. Like if a homely looking guy is with a gorgeous woman they're like... Wow, what's his secret?!? :eek:

..and if its a hunk with a gorgeous girl they're like... I wish I could attract women like him.. :rolleyes:

Idk about other men, but I don't....I think it's kind of stupid and I got more important things to worry about then comparing myself to some other dude.....Generally people I hang out with/guy friends I have don't engage in this type behavior b/c we're all comfortable in our own skin and doing our own thing and not trying to one-up each other or strangers.....

I've had guys who weren't my friends in hs make fun of my looks but when homework was due who did they call? no not the ghostbusters but me for help! lol...As I've gotten older I've come to value women more for their mind/soul/inner character rather than their looks. Yea looks are good for only 2-3 decades at best but a beautiful mind/soul lasts a lot longer than looks....I'd prefer a beautiful mind over a beautiful body now as compared to my younger days of being shallow about looks only.....

The best piece of advice I have ever read is basically this "live for yourself and not for others approval" it de-stresses life and your happy with yourself and don't give a bleep about others stupid opinions....a learning process but once you get the hang of it, it makes life more enjoyable.....if your constantly comparing yourself to others in your gender or always listening for feedback about yourself from others....you get constant input that sometimes can damage you if you let it.....I choose not to anymore and it's the best decision I ever made....to shut off that input/zone it out :)
