Hops tea, valerian tea, california poppy cigarette, kava water infusion, and nutmeg in milk are all good sleeping remedy.
The strongest sleep remedy I took was a homemade one, about 1 gram of hops, strain resin through cotton shirt into bowl (my method, stretch shirt over bowl, tie tight, place hops on shirt, cover with another shirt, tie tight, hit with stick, the rest will, work from here). Resin in bowl should appear yellow powder (could be oran.), press the powder together until in a ball, on a double boiler, put resin into bowl, cover, let sit for 1/2 hour, will show little to no visible signs of change, put butter in double boiler, enough to fill bowl to cover resin ball when melted, when butter melted, mix thoroughly, and let sit for 15 minutes.
the resulting product, I say take a 1 by 2 centimeter area of bread dipped in melted butter or spread somewhat lightly with solid, for 8 hours of sleep. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE AND TAKE MORE, this is the only remedy I have tried which makes me sleep 8 hours uninterrupted, perhaps uninterruptible. if you are nervous, take less, if you require more after, you can take some more.
I would like to say the hop remedy is the strongest I've tried to the reason I will say try it with upmost caution if you do, while making it, turned off the burner and turned it on a second time, the fumes from the double boiler of butter made me nearly pass out in the next room. this is a POTENT sleep aid, strong care should be exercised with it's use.
