Well somehow people dont wanna see that a TV Evangelist is no more holy than anyone else. We all can eat the finest food and wear the finest clothes and yet we all will have to go to the bathroom like everyone else.
All that they are supposed to do is bring the specific message that Christ has for that congregation and clearify Gods will. Though nowadays theres no difference in being a TV Evangelist or a Actor. Plus theres sooo much fake going on its crazy how many people fall for it.
The devil goes to church.

Those people that continually malign others in the body of Christ because they differ in some teachings and especially if they continually mis-represent what is really being said - these people are "hidden reefs" amongst us or because they are full of malice and slander others in the body of Christ - these are baby Christians.
Jude 1:12 (NASB)
[SUP]12 [/SUP] These are the men who are hidden reefs in your love feasts when they feast with you without fear, caring for themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn trees without fruit, doubly dead, uprooted;
[SUP]16 [/SUP] These are grumblers, finding fault, following after their own lusts; they speak arrogantly, flattering people for the sake of gaining an advantage.

Peter says that those that are full of malice and slander ( they love to hide from their "application" of some scriptures to try to make their malice and slander seem legitimate ) - those that exhibit this type of behavior need to grow up in the Lord.

Therefore, putting aside all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander,
[SUP]2 [/SUP] like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation,
I don't know when people do this if they are "hidden reefs amongst us" or if they are baby Christians - I will leave that for the Lord and His angels.
We need to avoid "interacting" with these types until they repent of their malice and slander of others in the body of Christ.
Romans 16:17-18 (KJV)
[SUP]17 [/SUP] Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
[SUP]18 [/SUP] For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.
If not - then we can become defiled by these behaviors.
1 Corinthians 15:33 (NASB)
[SUP]33 [/SUP] Do not be deceived: "Bad company corrupts good morals."
If we don't guard ourselves from these "hidden reefs" amongst us - then we can end up in a Hebrews 12:15 situation.

Power get to people head.
I believe that is why God gave paul his thorn in the flesh.. Paul had a pride issue, God had to keep him humble..
Yet in the end he got prideful, disobeyed and got killed. Which again shows us human nature. Just sadly in most cases God makes something a thorn to help and people use it to blame it on another person and to treat that person badly...

I guess, what is the context.
Am I in church, Then the pastor should be teaching me
Am I trying to discuss the word? Then I would give what I think it means, and would like to discuss it wiht others, What do they think.
I would want to know what they think though, Not what some other pastor thinks.. That could bring trouble, as we see in here.

Thats why people like paul should be our example.. He used his thron to bless others, Not attack them or belittle them, Paul was a servant.
Indeed he was a true servant. Yet we always again see ''who exalts himself shall be humbled, who humbles himself shall be exalted''.

Yes indeed. We cannot serve two masters. Sometimes I catch myself praying for rude awakenings when it comes to some people who think themselves so secure they cant fall... like Goliath
And that is the deception part...they "twist" what is being said to make it "appear" to be something else. Make no mistake about it - there is an all out war on the gospel of the grace of Christ.
Why? Because it is the only thing that has the power for salvation. Religion doesn't have the power to transform people - especially the Christian religion - but Christ Himself does transform us.
Humanistic thinking can't transform anyone. - the law of Moses can't transform anyone. The D.I.Y. self-righteousness/holiness religion can transform people. Only the message of Christ Himself can do that.
I say things in garbage threads like this because I don't want the gospel of Christ being maligned but I will stop "interacting" with them until I see some repentance.
People with the malice-filled minds and are slandering others in the body of Christ because of something they don't agree with or worse yet - have no idea what the person is actually saying and so they "twist" what is being said . These behaviors will defile us - make no mistake about it.
It doesn't matter if even the "horse" themselves shows what they actually do say - these others that malign them - still say the opposite. This is ungodly behavior. ( this has been shown in the video of what Joseph Prince does say about "sin not having dominion over you". )
Here it is again so we can see who is accusing the brethren of false things - and yet - they still start these garbage threads of slander and malice.

Ok. Plain reading could easily say: You gotta go along with whatever your husband says, and he gets to tell you what to do, and when to do it...... and you hafta do it.
How fast would all these threads drop to page 2 and beyond, if we did not constantly post and boost them back up to the top?
