When I first came to this site, I was in the chat room Lounge and she came on and said something to me and I viewed her profile and it said something like "I'm trans, deal with it." I never said anything to her cause I figured:
1. It's none of my business.
2. I really don't care, and
3. If Christians can make all feel welcomed, half the battle is won. It will be easier to win the hearts and minds.

Plus it won't be long before society condemns me for wanting to keep the parts God gave me and wanting to mate them to female parts.

Thats why I said she'll get no judgement or condemnation from me. I care about people's hearts believe it or not.

Hey Kim. I love your voice. I read your story. I'm glad I've gotten to know you a little better. I have no agenda other than liking you and wanting you to be ok.

I don't think the Democratic president would let Texas just leave though. At least, not without a conflict. I don't see how Texas could win, even if I would support their cause.

With most of the country enthralled with the Kardashians, the real housewives of whatever city, Honey booboo, 50 shades of grey, rapists not getting sentenced, murderers going free, rappers, tv "reality" shows, movies/tv shows about zombies, vampires, werewolves and satan himself, rioting, looting and everything else going on, is it any wonder why a loud mouth business man with no filter on his thoughts and a woman with fewer morals than anyone else are the candidates of choice?

Well seeing that the lump sum of people in the Army come from Texas, the democrat president may find themselves losing again.

Texas ain't gonna secede, they may be bragging about it, but the Lone Star State's gonna stay.

I don't know, they've done it before, twice. First they left Mexico then the United States.

I wouldn't be too sure about that. There are a whole lot of Americans whose voices haven't been heard for a long time. If the ptb keep steering us down this road to tyranny the window for a peaceful take back of our country might be closed.

The circumstances are vastly different back then as they are today though.

Texans had a lot of support from Americans to help take it from Mexico. Texas joined the rebel states in wanting to leave the union (and still lost). I'm not convinced Texas would be successful in defeating the US if they battled it out for succession.

The confederate battle flag is that of a defunct nation that was totally controlled by democrats.
Well you do know that the Republican party we have now had almost the same views as the Democrats back before the 1860's and then for some reason split Republican becoming Democrats and Democrats became Republican. The switch became so apparent by 1936.

It's a hard prediction because I'm not so sure there will even be a GOP in 8-12 years. It'll probably depend on who they pick next time around, and if it's somehow as bad or worse than Trump, then the Dems will be the new mainstream conservatives.

I'm fearful of this as well. Even if I have loathed many of the leaders (like the Bush family). It's not good for the political ecosystem. :(

Yeah I would rather be complaining about JEB! or Rubio right now.

Bull crap. The republican party has never advocated slavery. To this day democrats still do advance the cause of slavery. The middle class has become their slaves. "The great switch " of the political parties is a fiction perpetrated by revisionist historians. Republicans have always been at the front of promoting civil rights.

This American would support Texas. And the evil scourge of the Democrats will be defeated once again.

The party's views switched and that's not fiction but history
