We who are truly "in Christ" know it does not look like this--->>>>

This same cult following of JP's also claims to be "perfect" like Christ upon a mere "self profession", clearly there seems to be a contradiction between what Christ's righteousness and perfection looks like, compared to the reality of their own present sinful condition, manifesting itself also by their false doctrine and confession of wilful and daily sin. Hardly "good fruit" eh? :)
See? It's not by their good fruit that we will know them, it's by their "bad fruit". Nobody fakes bad fruit.

Again in your deceitful ways have taken people's posts and "cut them up". Post the whole thing of someone's post so that the "context" can be given. You have been told by different people to stop this type of behavior and yet you persist.

You do realize that being deceitful and malice and slander is just as sinful as living the homosexual lifestyle?

It is time to grow up in Christ if in fact you are in Christ. We will let the Lord decide that.

1 Peter 2:1-2 (NASB)
[SUP]1 [/SUP] Therefore, putting aside all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander,

[SUP]2 [/SUP] like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation,

There are MANY hurting Christians who do not know how to get out of the cycle of addiction. Receiving the proper nutrients to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ WILL give the believer the ability IN HIM to do all things because; we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us., There is redemption in every area only IN Christ and no one else.

This is given and known by those in the body who have spiritual maturity, but not to those babes in Christ suffering from addiction in the Body...so what does proper discipleship of the addicted look like today in our churches?

Do we give them a pamphlet?
Send them to celebrate recovery?
Pay for private therapy?
Pat them on the head on the prayer line and walk away?

Should programs be the answer? or should private empathetic based one on one discipleship by a spiritually mature saint be the norm?

I watched a lady in a church one time tell a female drug addict...oh honey! doncha know girl that you can do all things in Christ who strengthens you!?!? Smile, smile chuckle, chuckle...and then walked off....without even praying for the other girl....The lady that said this was leader of the altar team...

They dug the body of that drug addict out of a dumpster 3 days later.....with a note that said, I guess I cannot do all things through Jesus Christ...I tried, but needed to get high....so I got high....

This is one of my points on the other thread...are people so busy confessing for their next personal blessing that they will not get their own hands dirty in the work of reconciliation ministry we are all called to?

False, a good tree is also known by it's "good fruit", and an evil (bad) tree by it's "bad fruit." A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit.

Matthew 7:17-20

[SUP]17 [/SUP]Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

[SUP]18 [/SUP]A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

[SUP]19 [/SUP]Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
[SUP]20 [/SUP]Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Wilful and daily sin is not bringing forth "good fruit". :)

It's called a partial quote, just like in the above example. This is done to address a specific point made in a specific sentence or sentences. I was specifically pointing out what you cult followers have said about sinning daily and wilful sinning to expose your HYPOCRISY in claiming to be "perfect" like Jesus Christ, and claiming falsely to be "in Christ" while doing so. Most people don't like to have their false doctrine, and hypocrisy exposed so I can understand your hatred and false accusations of slander toward me. But again I provide proof by quotes and your own words, so by providing the truth by proof it is not slander by definition.

Have a nice day. :)

LOL. Condemning "others" for their sins, while giving yourself a free pass for your own sin is the very definition of a hypocrite.

Oh, you have a nice day too. :)

What it is really called is being deceitful to not post what was said in "context." You have been told by numerous people to stop this malice driven deceit and yet you still persist and even make excuses for doing it.

The reason for those quotes by people on willful sinning was to expose your false doctrine of "sinless perfection in the flesh". People were telling you that you do in fact sin all the time despite your refusal to acknowledge it.

That was the purpose of those quotes which is why you do not post the entire posts from people to see the "context" given.

People are not ignorant of this type of schemes. Your ungodly behavior has been called out by numerous people on here and you do realize that deceit, malice and slander are just as much sinning as living a blatant homosexual lifestyle and saying "It's ok for me to live like this."

You have a great day too....:)

There will be fruit of some kind as in Gal. 5:22-23 talks about in a true believers life after coming to Christ.

Another aspect that goes with "fruit inspectors" is just what is fruit? And what does this fruit look like.
Well Bruce what is fruit? I have wondered this for a long time.

In the parable of the seed and the sower the seed in the word of God. And the plants that grow up
and produce seed, are producing more words of God to spread.

Another fruit is good works, meeting needs.
Another fruit is the language and attitude of ones heart and expression.

So let us strive to bring this fruit to the glory of God, and encourage others
to let God work and give growth in their hearts, Amen.

Fruit is interesting

"Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?"
Matt 7:16

We all know people who are prickerly, who if you upset you get a sharp response.
You know you will not go to them with a need, and for support.

Now this is harsh, because I know many people to whom this applies. But Jesus is
talking about a heart attitude and how Gods message changes people, deep inside,
and the defence mechanisms drop.

Good vs evil..
Benefits vs damage
Clear, good, pure conscience vs defiled, evil conscience..
One is tender and displays God's character, the other does not and cannot.
Good fruit vs bad fruit.
Cannot follow the spirit with a defiled conscience so there cannot be any benefits in what you do..
The day you hear His voice harden not.. If you reject the condemnation your heart gives you for wrong doing, you become hard and defiled.. Unable to produce good fruit

You have to be getting desperate to say it is deceit to quote a sentence out of a response,
because that is deceitful. This is a way of highlighting a point.

And this is like living a homosexual lifestyle!!!

You really do not like points and are trying everything to stir people up.
God bless you, in the truth and reality of Christ, in repentance, confession and forgiveness that
comes through the cross.

As the friend of Jesus washed His feet with her tears and hair, may we likewise know both the
love he has showered on us and the love he stirrs in our hearts to walk as He walked, Amen

I have been healed of addiction and alcoholism by Jesus. I still attend meetings (I prefer CR to na or aa) because I find the best way to keep my sobriety is by giving it away, but make no mistake without Jesus I could not stay clean and sober longer than a month or two for 42 years. I have been sober now for years by His strength not mine. That said the truest thing I know is that each and every one of us only really has today. Tomorrow is not promised and yesterday is gone. I am joyful to know where I will spend my afterlife and I am blessed to have some of this life left that I can live sober. I will say it again, for me without Jesus there is neither sobriety or sanity. Thank you Jesus.

Amen. You know my heart. When people talk like this it makes me well up. So few know how
much we are victims of our hurts and past, how anger and violence boils inside, to lash out, when
others get too close.

What is amazing is seeing severly damaged people healed by the Lord and talk about what He has
done. It is stunning. So many close down out of fear of what is within, rather than learning it is
real healing we need. I am humbled by some of the histories of people and the testimony of
balance and joy the Lord has brought. Glory to His name.

It is also amazing to know that work in oneself.

You constantly accuse others of slander when others expose your false doctrine and hypocrisy. Even when I provide proof of your own words you call it slander. But you in the above just slandered me by saying I preach a false doctrine of "sinless perfection in the flesh" and you also slandered me and said that I do in fact sin all the time.

So if these things are "fact" and not just "slander" then surely you can show us some proof where I preach "sinless perfection in the flesh" and also the proof that I do in fact sin all the time as you so falsely accuse.

Again, when you cannot provide any proof, then again we will know you are nothing more than a liar and false accuser who slanders others who expose your own hypocrisy. :)

what is your real motivation here on CC.com...to share or to punish?

The last time I checked you are not a MOD or ADMIN, so under whose authority do you prance around here and act like God himself?

Head slap for real....
