Just spent most of last night and all of today researching this business I'm about to get into and preparing some pics of my first quasi-professional detailing job. Spent 4.5 hours on Monday on a toyota yaris (a rather small car) and I even skipped waxing and engine cleaning because I had to pick up the "client" at the airport. Ok ok, it was a family member's car... but still, I worked on it like it was an actual client. It wouldn't have taken so long if it wasn't for all of the embedded cat hair.

And you're only semi-conscious. :D

On a good day.
Watch it kid. I'll poison that next loaf of bread. :p

zero, someone who doesn't have a cat can't understand. To a cat owner the cat is not an animal or a pet. It's a small person friend who can't talk, but can communicate quite eloquently in other ways.

Thought I was getting better. Now not sure. Of course it could be just the usual tiredness when one has been sick.

But in other news, Pipsqueak came to visit me today. He's grown a lot in the last month. Glad he came by for a pure session, and then back out with his momma. That's the kind of this cat I need. One who gives loves by does not need me to give him food cause the people next door does. :) Horrible aren't I?

As for me, I know that my Redeemer lives,
and that as the last He will stand upon the earth.

Job 19:25

Here, Job prophesies Jesus Christ's coming to earth some 4,000* years before it happens.

My Muslim coworkers are greeting each other (including me) Merry Christmas. I don't know how to feel about it.

Meanwhile, I have stir fried broccoli, jasmine rice and papaya milk shake for lunch. What could be better than this? bacon.

I never realized how many people look at this site. Just about two minutes ago I had my mind blown when for the first time I noticed that box at the bottom of the main forum page that said there were currently 55 members and over 800 guests browsing.

Most of the guests are probably bots. This is one of the more well known christian forums and lots of bots crawl through the pages looking for email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers and anything else a careless member might have left in a post.

Which is why you should never provide that information in a post on the forum. You could get a LOT of spam, robocalls trying to sell you stuff, etc. or even have your identity stolen.

Lately I find myself doing something, anything, to avoid having to go to bed, because all I do is toss and turn anyway.

And so I'm always up searching for any distraction... but then, of course, paying the price the next day (and I think it's charging tax.)

Curse you fattening desert. And curse your children and grandchildren after you.

[Holding back its tears the Desert thought of barbed retort, but then remembered Jesus words, "bless those who curse you." So he looked up at Abi, his face a picture of compassion, and asked, "Seconds?"]
