I don't have a pastor but I inadvertently think less of potus voters because they can't see that the election is all a production played out just so that we can pretend that we are a part of the decision.
What does who my pastor votes for POTUS have to do with his understanding of theology?
For one thing politicians are among the most corrupt despicable people in the world,that is known and accepted by everyone including politicians ,they are considered a "necessary evil" because they are integral in any bureaucracy,you see it's the little jobs working symbioticly that makes the any world run.
By taking sides in one of the main reasons for the end of the world they are compromising their neutrality,I'm not catholic but I believe that their property anywhere in the world is considered neutral territory not under the laws of any government in the world specifically for this reason,people like pablo Escobar run to catholic churches and embassies when the government where they are at is after them for something that they did because if they are catholic then they get the protection of the vatican just like a foreign diplomat and the governments of the world are going to respect this only as long as they stay neutral.

You know that it's this lackadaisical belief in Gods words that allows for the degeneration of the world.
Don't tell me let me guess,you guys probably think that God is such a nice guy that everyone gets a unlimited punch card for failure as long as you confess those failures afterwards,apologize and drop a couple bits in the collection plate right?
Too many people believe this nonsense,thats why its necessary to end the world now,God has to literally clear us from the planet before any real change to take hold.

Oh, I really see no reason to tell you or let you guess. You are the ultimate authority on whatever you believe, so you could neither listen to what others think, nor guess.
Exactly. THere are Christians who would react negatively if they knew their pastor voted for a particular candidate - like leave their church, or bring up the fact to the board of elders, or spread the news that their pastor voted for the "wrong" candidate.

(No idea why this is in the news forum, but let me give it a go.)
Honestly? At a philosophical level I can see the good in both of our political parties. (And I'm good with going you're talking American politics, given you have the American flag as your flag. It becomes a completely different conversation in other countries.) I can also see the bad for both parties.
There really are conservatives, liberals and libertarians within our church. It is a good thing, because I can see the point of the other side of the aisle. (Except for libertarians. I see nothing good about libertarians. Just sayin'.)
So, I don't care how our teachers voted, as long as God was the reason for their vote. And, yeah, if I found out they were libertarians, I would ask them why. Not why they voted for whoever they voted, but why libertarian? It would be a good conversation, because I trust our teachers, so if they see something I don't about libertarian, I'd like to see it too.
