Children have more faith than a lot of grown men nowadays. Do you understand what that means? You are the one who is disconnected here if you cannot only speak for yourself in saying this garbage. What is socially acceptable is what is acceptable to man and that sounds like what matters to you is man's opinion. If that is the case it will be hard for you to ever come to God because man is far from God in these days. The farther fall farther and the closer draw closer. God does not have to play by man's rules, He is God. I will never grow out of having a relationship with Jesus and I honestly feel for anybody who doesn't know what it's like.

The Author of all that is, including human life, requires we worship Him in spirit and truth. Actually there can be no other manner of worshipping the Living God.
He is our Father. He does take His breath back from us in His time and we return to the earth from whece we all proceed. He cannot kill. Killing is a creature concept. Faithless creatures will never understand this.
Over the centuries many man have killed in the name of god without His having given the order. Thesee people are errant and usually wicked, if not always.
The only manner in which we could say Jesus has killed anyone is in that because of ebelieving Jesus Christ we lose all desire for the world without God........we die to it becuse of Jesus Christ, but we live to Him, and that life is eternal.

OK, I see you criticize God and Christian belief again and again, but you still haven't presented your belief system that is so superior to Christ. I'm truly interested to hear it, enlighten us, or do you just have no leg to stand on? You can criticize the Christian, yet can't argue for or even present your own. Pointless really. You can pick ours apart all day, yet are to coward to even put your up to be discussed. Really shows how well thought out you position is.

I've been watching this thread, figuring that if you stuck around and seemed sincere, I might give you my understanding to a lot of your questions.
But, this remark of yours led me to have to question your sincerity a bit early.
How is it you feel you have any hope, at all, to sell?
You feel you just came into existence as a course of natural forces bumping into one another (we won't go into where those 'forces' originated, because we will just come back to the same answer we Christians give about our God... "They/He always were/was.") until the correct combination for consistent creation occurred, right? And you feel you are going to, one day, just cease to function, and return to energy... to, perhaps, repeat the cycle all over again, and again, and then again, ad nauseam, right? But, this falls apart because any "random" happenstance can just as easily collide the wrong way one of these times, and all that was progressing will just start digressing. Yes, the "right" combination might once again occur one day, and start things moving in the right direction again... or it may not.
Can you explain where the hope is in that? I could understand if you hold to the Eastern Indian philosophy that you return each time in a more perfected form until you eventually get better and better and one day, trillions and trillions of years from now, become the force that first created you. (If he or it will move over to accept you in the same space) But even that is flawed. Such a thing depends upon you only going forward in a positive direction... and we all know that happens much less than going the other way........ ultimately until you digress to the point on no longer existing in any form to return as.

How was Hitler able to kill 13 million civilians? Was it just him that did that? In which case, all his commanders, soldiers, and citizens were caught unaware, and only Hitler should have been killed.

Were the soldiers in on it? Then Hitler, his commanders, and soldiers should have been killed.
But what was the real story? How did the army find out people were hiding other people in their houses? Civilians!
Exactly where is there a case that God killed some who were innocent?
