sometimes i wonder if im meant to have a wife but after being single for almost 10 years out of choice at first being in the flesh to fornicate then after learning of God because i havent found a single woman good to marry
i think for me its better to be alone
This is not true anymore. In Christian era, its better to be alone than married.
Or they will destruct each other if married.

The meaning of the verse still remains... world vs service to Lord. Marriage is a wordly thing, in Christianity. Not a sin, but not the best way of life.
