nothing to disagree with here as far as my thoughts on the matter go
I wonder how many do actually spend time with God before they come on here? there are times I have not and I am definitely more inclined to be sarcastic or loose patience with some
you know, speaking of spending time with the Lord, some people seem to do that but receive nothing but negative messages that they think should be delivered to everyone with a 'thus saith the Lord'. I think some of those 'messages' were probably meant as correction from the Holy Spirit to themselves but they will not receive it
if you have ever been corrected by God, you KNOW it's God because He does not flatter you but at the same time, there is not condemnation, but an 'aha' moment and a desire to surrender whatever it is you have going on that is not right

And the response could be to simply say "I worship God alone, my riches are in Heaven where my heart resides"
Or I could tell you I disagree with the statement "riches are deceitful" what is wrong is what you consider "riches"
What the world calls riches are just trash and the only true treasure is spiritual wisdom from God.
Yet instead we will just see bickerin and self justification on both sides.

What is funny, is we are the people of faith, the light and salt in the world.
Not sure many would pass this muster. A simple principle is commenting only on posts
done in a thread, where all can inspect the post and see context etc.
And making wild statements about people outside these contributions is not good behaviour.
It people where in a commercial negotiations, and had to trust all parties, the behaviour shown
here would disqualify the negotiations. Now we want as individuals to walk in Gods will and
bring glory to His name, so is that our heart. I would hope, He looks favourably on my contributions
with integrity, truth and love.

I agree....I was showing the difference between the 2 statements and how one is publicly insulting another with malice, slander and insults.
When one has said these same things continually and they then continue to still be filled with malice and slander -- that is the time to avoid interacting with them and just speak what we believe and leave it there. Romans 16:17 comes into play.
This doesn't mean that we can't post in a thread that these people are in. Just don't interact with them so that we too don't enter into strife and bickering with them.

If people "identify" themselves and get offended with what is spoken in a general statement- that is between them and their Lord. He will be faithful to them.

I taught in the bible study I Attend on Wednesdays.
Is is a meeting of businessman.
Only myself and 4 others are saved.
My goal is to inspire them and lead them into a closer intimate walk.
They are all mental,even the saved ones. Mainly Baptist.
I can teach them because when I go into my secret place during the week,I can relate that back to the guys on Wednesday.
What would be fruit of my purpose if I followed the spirit of this thread and became a hired gun to blast Baptists?
I love these guys. Their spiritual advancement weighs on me daily.
The fangs and hate of the charismatic haters are producing fruit. Nothing consumable. Just some nasty stinking goo.
There is no way any of you have a secret place,or intimacy with Jesus.
He does not hate his own body,nor does He direct us to do that.
Paul on the Damascus road is you example.

Sadly I think people type on the internet what they think, when in public they
would never say such things.
People need to imagine they are standing up in the middle of church and reading this
all allowed. Would they be pleased with their words or shock everyone at such a
contribution. I think a lot would be shocked. It is because this environment seems
so private while being so public, unbelievably so. God help us when the Lord calls
us to account for these words...

I am guaranteed the real deal,because I petition the throne RELENTLESSLY for what is mine,and that is his mighty mantle for a word and power for all those that depend on me as a minister and man of God.
