I would think that any devoted Christian cannot help but mix "religion" and politics. Our faith should inform our worldview which in turn cannot help but form our political views.

I'd agree that American government has not been operating for sake of "American interest" for a long time.

Through the Knights of Malta the Vatican owns the CIA
and through control of information to government, the CIA has been directing the USA.

I don't think lazy, sloppy, overweight, "Starbucks"-slurping Americans have it in them...to conduct a 'civil war'.

But if the US Dollar collapses...if the US economy collapses...and there is desperate looting for food at the grocery stores...and then people are forced to begin roaming the streets in the style of WW2 Leningrad...looking for anything to eat, including human flesh...THEN you may see some violence.

But of course, that is the power vacuum the satanic globalists (i.e. the Illuminati) are waiting for. Whether it is the U.S. chapter of the globalist "Antichrist" movement...or the Russian chapter...or (most likely, in my view) the European chapter...they will (if I understand my Bible correctly) step in with their artificial "solution" to the world's economic woes...and offer the mark of the beast.

Whether this is 40 years from now or next month, I don't know...but some of these comments here about how Trump is going to lead us through the darkness...please spare me.

Nah, too many sissys in this country, besides the government has plans to put down things like this and cart the rebels off to FEMA camps... so a civil war would not get very far regardless of which side wants to initiate hostilities.

Brother Dcontroversal,I would not say a civil war is looking to break out,but I do believe it will be a very hot summer round the Nation!! The anger which brought us President Trump to start with is much like waiting for Mount St.Helen to explode around us,and this summer I do believe there will be such an explosion.

Now the question is just what effect will this have with us as a nation? There is great unrest in North Korea,and the middle east is still bubbling as well. As we both know and understand serving in the military a cover story will look to calm the nation,while the truth is once again pushed aside because of fear.

Will the people as a whole rise up for the truth?Will this President change the cover story he is suppose to bring us with the truth for a change? The answer will be found I believe by late Aug! We shall see if I am correct brother.Thank you for your question as well,I know the difference between the lie and the truth serving 2 tours in Vietnam, let us hope that Truth which sets all people free( John 8:36) will prevail!
 
You are absolutely correct,people should mix religion and politics but they shouldn't mix God's Word and politics.

Do you know who mixes religion and politics? Those guy's abusing women and children over in the mid east,you know the Taliban and groups like them,they do that stuff in the name of God also to keep their people"uncontaminated" by westernism Aka the real world.

There are 3 things that should never be discussed in general public religion,politics,and money.

There is an even better reason that they shouldn't be mixed and that is because one corrupts the other,it's a inevitability.

To understand the true answers to these questions, you would have to look into the details of American history.

But, for the moment, understand this -- Martial Law is "declared" today at-the-drop-of-a-hat whenever the government "feels" that "its" ( think: ownership ) citizens "have gotten to be 'too' patriotic"; and, once Martial Law is "declared", it is never rescinded.

What is the efffect?

It destroys America - as we know it.

In fact -- the U.S.A. - "as we know it" ( "as we used to know it" ) - has already [ virtually ] been destroyed... :(

Exactly. Which is why the phrase "Liberal Christian" ( as a 'political' term ) is an oxymoron. ;)
 
All the stuff I've read about civil war or the next conflict on American soil has to do with Big Brother taking over. Violent Refugees, gang violence, troubled youths/bad parenting, unemployment, political unrest, and religious persecution all are by design fueled for the purpose of creating chaos the government can sort out later when we are ready to abandon our rights.

I don't think there will be any "real" danger of neighboring countries taking over or rebel factions rising up. It will be as controlled as march on wall street, The Trump rallys, or the "terrorist attacks/riots" are. Controlled chaos you watch on CNN and hope isn't going on in your neighborhood.
