I sure hope everyone in here is already awake to this fact. ball earth is a lie from the evil powers that be the devil. as well as big bang and evolution. satan is the god of this world and the father of lies.
If the earth was flat and did not rotate there would be no endless flowing rivers there would be no tides in the oceons...

The water would just be still and go very toxix because when water stays still over time it becomes stagment...stale and toxic

Ok, you are revealing how little you know about flat earth theory, which is good because I can educate you.

The line you drew doesn't represent when the sun is "invisible" (actually correct wording is "not visible", that line is when the sun is visible and we experience day. When the sun orbits over to asia and europe, that is when we experience night, and vice versa when the sun is oribiting north america europe and asia experience night.
you're making it very clear that you don't even understand your own diagrams. probably that has something to do with why you believe they are accurate.

the line i drew represents the distance from an observer arbitrarily placed in America to where the diagram claims the position of the sun is at sunset.

sunset and sunrise is absolutely impossible in a platter-planet model. however, sunrise and sunset are Biblical terms and readily observed trillions and trillions of times every month by billions and billions of people. in order to give the appearance that FEN deals with the direct contradiction of evidence to their narrative, FEN claims ((without any viable explanation)) that at a certain distance sunlight simply curves away and disappears. a certain distance that happens to exactly coincide with the curvature of the earth in a heliocentric model.

the existence of observed sunset & sunrise determines this distance ((i'm leaving out the fact that determining this distance by observation while assuming the earth is a frisbee leads to all kinds of contradictory results, if you take various locations and compare them - instead, we're starting with the simple case of one arbitrary observation. if FEN is true, all observations should match - they don't of course, but that's a bit beyond what i expect you to be able to comprehend at this point. basics first.))

flat-nonsense claims that at this distance, and every distance greater than it, an optical illusion prevents sunlight from travelling in a direct path to that observer. thus the sun appears to set, and it is dark at that location - according to this nonsense model - and dark also at any location where the distance to the sun is at least this great.

so take that same distance - the distance at which FEN claims sunlight cannot reach - and apply it to the diagram you claim is accurate.
that makes all of Australia perpetually dark for at least half the year, and likewise ((though at opposite seasons)) all of America dark perpetually, and a great part of Alaska & Canada should never see daylight, ever.

obviously, there's something very wrong with your explanation.

You're either not understanding or avoiding the question. Please explain how people in the high southern latitudes (farther from the equator than about 45 degrees) perceive the sun coming from the south in the morning and evening in their summer. It's a basic question. If you can't answer it, then just say so.

According to your diagram, it is only possible to perceive the sun coming from the north in the north. You can't account for it being perceived from the south, at locations south of your circle.
Because for them the orbit of the sun is on the bottom of the circle as it moves clockwise through it's orbit. I'm not avoiding the question, this is something you need to look at the diagram for.

You drew the line wrong, the sunset doesn't occur that far away from the observer. That is your confusion.

You are aware of time zone differences and season differences as to sunset and sunrise times, your model is inaccurate and too basic to begin to make the claims you are attempting.

If NASA wasn't lying why aren't there any real pictures of earth?

Why go through the trouble of faking cloud formations and re-sizing entire continents and blacking out stars?

Military secrets?

"In the month of June, the average daytime temperatures are generally around 14°C in the city while the average high temperature can reach 18°C on the warmest days. Sydney never gets too cold, even in the winter. Average minimum temperatures generally tend to be around 10°C."

It's not "always hot and sunny" the temperatures vary in correspondence with the diagram. The sun never gets that far away from Australia and it's orbit is directly over it during our spring, fall, and winter. Compared to North America where it is only directly over it during our summer. However, in southern areas like Florida in North America, It stays warm year round do to the proximity to the sun's orbit.

Same goes for Africa, the Sun's orbit is always over the continent regardless of the time of year.

So do you know how hot 18C is in Fahrenheit? It's 64.4 F. That is a pretty nice day for mid winter. Not 40 C or 104F like the summer temperatures, but certainly quite comfortable. And not -40C or F, like a warm day in winter in the Arctic. (Seeing as temperatures can slip much lower, into the -50's or -60s, and even colder in the Antarctic.)

My thought is you flat earthers need to study geography a bit, and maybe learn Celcius. I am quite sure you were thinking 18F, (-8C) which is a cold day, although nothing compared to what we get in Canada in winter.

The more I read, the more I realize that there is a real lack of education, among flat earthers, serious paranoia, and a legalism about the Bible that is frightening.

But I am glad one of you did say salvation is not dependent upon whether we believe this utter fantasy. Thank goodness for small mercies!

No I understand F and C. That is why I compared their temperatures to Florida which never gets "too cold", and is very similar in climate.

Do you know how hot 10 C is? This temperature cannot be called "always hot and sunny" and that was the entire point I was making.

You know very little about what you are arguing if all you can do is excuse me of not converting temperatures. The paragraph I posted even said "syndney never gets cold even in the winter". You excuse me of something with no evidence at all, and evidence to the contrary directly in the quote you posted.

Even if that was true (I don't believe it) that doesn't explain the lack of things I mentioned.

Send a probe with a state of the art camera 50,000 miles away to take pictures of Earth? All we get are faked pictures and "pale blue dot".

Why fake things? Why do people trust liars?

Sunrise and Sunset positions vary throughout the year, along with the orbits of sun and moon:

The sun and moon being "globes" doesn't mean the earth has to be a globe. Using this logic, is heaven a globe too?
Because for them the orbit of the sun is on the bottom of the circle as it moves clockwise through it's orbit. I'm not avoiding the question, this is something you need to look at the diagram for.
You're clearly not understanding what I'm getting at.

In the higher northern latitudes, in summer mornings and evenings, the sun is visible by looking north of due east and north of due west. In other words, the sun is perceived as being north of us. I'm not questioning this.

In higher southern latitudes, outside of your orange circle, the sun is perceived to be coming from the south in mornings and evenings in summer (their summer, not ours). It has nothing to do with the direction of rotation. According to your diagram, the sun would never be perceived as "south of" their location. It would always be perceived as "north of". I am questioning this.

Please explain this, according to your flat-earth hypothesis, and please do not dodge the question.

When I will show you pictures, you will say they are fakes. Then you will ask why there are no pictures...

This cycle is hard to break out from.

On thing I find interesting is the time it takes to fly from Dallas to Sydney and then from Sydney back to Dallas.....flying the same height and air speed

Going it takes 17 hours non stop from Dallas to Sydney non-stop 41,000 feet at about 550 MPH

Coming back 15 hours non stop flying same speed, distance and height above the earth....

How can this be accounted for....?
Waiting on a logical answer on this...

Show me evidence and a specific location of these people seeing the sun rise south of them outside of the orange boundary.

You give general observer locations and a general location they see the sun without evidence and want an explanation for something you haven't proved.

World’s longest flight on biggest plane takes off

This airliner does it with only a 40 minute difference.

It's the wind. Globe earth says the wind is caused by the rotation, flat earth states the sun's heat and path over the earth creates the temperature changes and corresponding wind.

You believe it's the wind because of rotation west to east(and possibly sun temperature changes idk what you believe), Flat earth believes it's the wind because the sun creates temperature changes as it travels clockwise.

We both think it's the wind, we just have different explanations for the wind, and rotation isn't part of the flat earth explanation.

I've lived with Celcius since the 1970's, but I was raised with Fahrenheit. So I know both systems well. 10c may not be warm in Florida, but compared to Canada, that is an exceptionally warm winter day! And 18 would literally be an impossiblely warm winter temperature in Canada!

I suppose it is all relative. I just know that Australia is a much warmer country than Canada, in the winter. It also took me several readings of that post to realize you had copied and pasted it off some website, without a source, or quotation marks. That is called plagiarism. It would behoove you to properly quote the link where you got it, in future. In the interests of not breaking copyright laws or CC rules. Even if it was paraphrased, you still need to quote the source, if only so that it can be confirmed.

Show me real pictures.

I don't want to judge anyone who looks at the fake pictures and thinks they are real, honestly I simply don't understand why you think they are real. It's like looking at a cartoon and thinking it's real.

Not real.

I'm accused of and criticized for a lot on here, but this is the first time for plagiarism and being lectured the dangers of it. IDC, I put quotes around it that's enough to let people know it's not from me, and the context clues of the change in style.
